Elevator is out of service. Check in took 25 minutes or just standing at the desk and the guy at the front just looking at me. “Sorry our systems are slow”. Numerous kids running around, assuming from a hockey team, pounding on my door at 1130 at night. Staff didn’t seem to care about anytime else in the building at that point

The rooms were very nice spacious nice big closet to hang your clothes up in a refrigerator and a TV I like the fact that I can watch news max my favorite News Channel and whenever I come to Rochester I will be booking a room at the Best Western Marketplace
