Incredible Host and Property
The views of the lake were beautiful and could be seen from everyone on the first floor. The house so cute and decorated perfectly for a lake house. The owner is wonderful and had amazing communication with us. She has also thought through everything that is needed for the stay, including coffee, tea and snacks. We loved every second of being there. We hope to come back again!

Great place!
What a great house on the lake. Only 2 Bedrooms, but can sleep about a dozen. They have these cool Serta sofa sleepers that covert to beds and better than a traditional uncomfortable sleeper sofas. Nice outdoor sitting area and deck, although little cool to enjoy. Kitchen and baths were well stocked a lot of extras. Pretty close to town for restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again if we are coming back to the the area. everything was well marked for cupboards and light switches.

Beautiful house- Gorgeous View
We loved our stay at the lake! It truly was tranquil! Leslie was quick to reply to any questions we had and truly created a home away from home. We did not want for anything! The house was well stocked with needed supplies, offered washer and dryer, and extra toiletries if we had forgotten ours. Kitchen cupboards were labeled making it easy to find everything. And kitchen was well stocked! This house was great! We look forward to staying again. Thank you Leslie for an absolutely wonderful stay!

Home was as described in description. Plenty of space and beautiful views! Highly suggest getting up early to watch sunrise with your morning coffee! Took several walks to swimming area just down the road. Also enjoyed playground down the road and some fishing! Great weekend to relax and recharge before the new school year!

Family summer vacation
Leslie’s house was exactly what we were looking for on our summer vacation. It’s beautifully situation right on Lake Ontario with stunning views. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but with easy access to major highways into Rochester or over to Niagara Falls. Leslie thinks of everything that you might need while on vacation and then some. Extra bathroom amenities if you forget your own, welcome snacks, a bottle of wine and a great Kuerig coffee selection. Great kitchen supplies if you’re looking to cook while you’re there which we did every night and also took advantage of the gas grill. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kids had enough room to spread out with the bunk beds and large open living room upstairs. Zero complaints and I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for weekend getaway
We stayed here to attend a family wedding and overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was as listed. There were a few minor issues communicated to the property manager and she responded promptly. The location and amenities were very nice. We would definitely stay there again if our travel plans take us to that area again.

Great kitchen with a view
We rented this house to host Easter dinner and it worked perfectly! Kitchen had everything we needed and dinner was enhanced by the view of the lake! Beds were very comfortable and host was very responsive.

We loved everything about our time at this house! Some things that were especially great: Super comfy beds and couches Well appointed kitchen for cooking Beautiful lake views…a snowy lake during our stay Coffee and creamer provided by hosts Wifi, board games, tv…I lost at Yahtzee Our kids appreciated the cereal and snacks provided by the hosts :) There are so many thoughtful touches all throughout this home. We could tell it is a place where lots of love, laughter and memories have been shared over the years, including ours. We’re so grateful for our time here!

We had a great few days relaxing in this home right on the lake. Communication with the owner was impeccable and all of the extra amenities (snacks, toiletries, etc) were a very nice touch. Everything we could have needed was already there and we felt right at home.

Amazing Lakeside view
Tranquil retreat was very relaxing & peaceful, just as it is named. The house was clean, everything worked, gorgeous views on the main level, deck, & from the master bedroom. The owners left a very nice welcome basket of treats, with an instruction book for the house, with suggestions for eating, & things to do in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dishtowels, Keurig with multiple flavors of coffee, & several different teas. the bathroom was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, soaps, body wash, shampoos, extra toothbrushes & toothpaste. Home owner was easily reached through texting & any questions answered promptly. Would rent again, or recommend to family/friends. Thank you for a relaxing & beautiful place to stay!

My daughter absolutely loved the house! We all did! I really appreciated how equipped the kitchen was. I was able to cook everything on our menu with ease because everything that I could have possibly needed was there! I, of course brought many of my own pots, pans and utensils but I really did not need to. The host were very responsive whenever I needed to communicate with them. Even the neighbor was friendly. He and my dad talked quite a bit while we visited. He told us where to take the kids for a safer play experience on the shore. ONLY thing that was a bit of a downfall were the spiders…I HATE SPIDERS! and unfortunately there were a lot of them. We tried to tackle them with spider/bug spray but they kept showing up everywhere. I would suggest the host having someone to spray before having guest and having a cleaning service clean up all the cobwebs that were in the house. Overall it was a pleasant, fun, relaxing and exciting experience!

the highs: - great location -- right on lake ontario with easy access to the parkway - great layout -- really bright & roomy kitchen/living/dining room, spacious deck overlooking the water, tons of sleeping accommodations - well stocked -- lots of supplies in the kitchen, coffee, snacks, etc - everything works -- no issues with inoperative appliances the lows: - high traffic areas of the carpet are brown-stained with accumulated lint/grime along the baseboards --> really needs a deep, professional carpet cleaning - air-fresheners run 24/7 to cover the mustiness, but it can be overpowering --> when you turn off the fresheners, then the mustiness from the carpet takes over - shower has mold in all the corners, high and low --> really needs a deep, professional cleaning and re-grouting the net: if you're OK with a place thats a bit dingy, grimy, and musty...then it'd be OK...but if you prefer properly clean accommodations, then you'll be disappointed

This property is in an amazing location with a pond out front and the lake out back. I wish I was travelling during better weather so I could enjoy the backyard and deck. I guess I'll have to come back
