The hotel is located perfectly for everything Vatican. It's an oasis in the very busy and bustling area, quiet, orderly, peaceful. airconditioned. My room was large for European standards and very clean, the bathroom updated and in perfect working order. The front desk staff was very helpful. Lots of eating options around and a taxi stand across the street for venturing out of the Vatican area. The rooftop bar is an added bonus at the sunset. Would highly recommend.

Across the street from the Vatican entrance. Older property- 3-4 blocks from the metro. Breakfast available. 24 hour friendly staff on duty. A lot of restaurants within a few blocks.

Our room was lovely and cool, clean with a very comfy bed. Roof top terrace bar needs sorting. Bar was not well stocked, music to loud, shabby decor with dead plants and unreliable opening hours.

Air con broken, with the panel on the roof completely open. Bed sheet very dirty, with black stain on it. Walls and forniture run down. For a 4 star hotel in the middle of Rome you expect something different…!!!

People there very helpful with whatever you need. Not close to any of the sites except the Vatican museum, to get into Vatican City it is a 1/2 mile walk and need to taxi to other areas. Rooms are big but dated needs a upgrade. Terrace was a real plus and nice to relax at night. Otherwise hotel was ok.

It is beautiful and exciting to be located directly across from the Vatican Museums. There is plenty to see, do, eat just steps away, as well as shopping. There is a bus stop right outside the door, and metro stops aren’t too far a walk. I will say that right outside of this hotel is certainly not a serene spot during the day, due to the crowds of people that gather around for the museums, but once they close everything goes back to normal. The hotel itself is very clean and well equipped. We loved our room and the rooftop bar, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wished was that the air conditioning in our room worked a bit better, as high temps were in the upper 90s during our stay, but we got by just fine. It’s a lovely hotel which I would highly recommend to anyone!
