Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück fand ich persönlich sehr gut, da es auch einige warme Speisen gab. Gebratene Champignons, Würstchen, Bacon usw. Das Restaurant haben wir auch zweimal genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Manchmal braucht man etwas länger um verstanden zu werden, aber das funktionierte insgesamt gut. Wir aind nun mal fremd in dem Land und können nicht erwarten, dass dort fließend deutsch gesprochen wird. Wir würden das Hitel erneut buchen.

Schönes in die Jahre gekommenes zentrales Hotel
Zuerst wurden wir per Email informiert, dass die Rezeption 24h besetzt sei - was nicht stimmte. Wir reisten aufgrund Verkehrslage zwischen 21:00 und 22:00 und dort sass nur ein genervter Security Mensch, der weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach. Nach vielem Hin und her rief er dann eine Kollegin der Rezeption, die von zu Hause kam und uns dann den Zimmerschlüssel gab - soweit OK. Die Zimmer werden nur gemacht, wenn man den Anzeiger mit diesem Wunsch an die Tür hängt - dann kann schonmal das Toilettenpapier knapp werden. Die Sauberkeit gerade um das WC herum ist verbesserungsfähig. Das Zimmer selber war sehr schön, wenn auch der Ausblick etwas ernüchterte. Im Bad könnte man die Duschkabinentür mal reparieren. Dafür, dass wir eine Suite hatten, lies die Qualität doch zu Wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig sowie abwechslungsreich - tiptop. Auch der Hoteleigene Parkplatz schloss um 22:00 - sodass wir einmal später kommend diesen nicht nutzen konnten - zum Glück konnte man vor dem Hotel bis 7:00 gratis auf öffentlichem Platz stehen. Lage ist gut - sehr zentral. Die ersten beiden Tage störte etwas der Baulärm - aber es lagen zumindest Oropax parat :-)

Hier werden Wünsche dank des Personales wahr
Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Beim Frühstück wurde sofort alles wieder neu aufgefüllt. Sogar der Wunsch nach der nicht vorhandenen Sojamilch wurde innerhalb von 5 Minuten durch Kauf im angrenzenden Laden erfüllt. Sehr ausgiebiges Frühstücksangebot !!!! Extraklasse!!!!

Schade, das Hotel blieb unter unseren Erwartungen.
Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel. Es ist sehr schade, dass uns die Mitarbeiter nicht verstanden haben. Leider sprach nur ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption Englisch. Dies sollte in einem Hotel zum Standard gehören. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war zwar sauber und funktionell, jedoch zum Teil alt, kaputt und nicht Instand gesetzt. Schade. Wir haben in Tschechien schon in besseren Hotels der Preiskategorie übernachtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war unter unseren Erwartungen. Es gab leider nur ein sehr begrenztes Angebot an Belag und wenig Brötchenauswahl. Leider steht der Umweltgedanke auch nur an zweiter Stelle, denn es gab leider abgepackte Butter, Nutella usw. Auch die Auswahl an Getränken war sehr begrenzt und auch hier verstand uns niemand, selbst in Englisch nicht.

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden vereist und hatten 6Zimmer gebucht. Vier Zimmer waren in Ordnung. In zwei waren Mängel, wie Dusche defekt, Handtücher waren mit Löchern versehen, Duschtür hat sich nicht öffnen lassen. Das Frühstück war kein 4Sterne wert. Es war nicht ausreichend an Brot und Brötchen da, musste auf alles warten und wurde nur zögerlich aufgefüllt. Es waren nicht mal ausreichend Teller da.

Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant sind gut
Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel Auswahl und v.a. aufgeschnittenem frischen Obst, es wurde ständig geschaut, ob etwas fehlt und immer wieder nachgelegt. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ebenfalls gut. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, Fliesenboden in der Dusche und vor allem im Bad wäre die Sauberkeit sehr ausbaufähig. Keine Ablageflächen im Bad. Wenig Platz im Zimmer um Gepäck abzustellen. Nur eine einzige Sitzgelegenheit im Doppelzimmer. die Fenster schließen nicht gut und es ist sehr laut in der Nacht, weil die Fenster nicht schalldicht sind und die Strasse vor dem Hotel ein Kopfsteinpflaster hat. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte ein wenig freundlicher sein und etwas mehr Engagement zeigen, eine löbliche Ausnahme war der junge Mann, der mit mir zum Hotelparkplatz gefahren ist, der nach der Beschreibung der Rezeptionistin nicht zu finden war. Parken im abgesperrten Bereich für Hotelgäste kosten ca. 4 € /Tag, dafür steht das Auto sicher.
