5 minutes walk from the city center of Ruoms, very beautiful contemporary Villa of 135 m² fully air-conditioned includes on the ground floor, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher) open to a large bright living room with TV, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and upstairs, two bedrooms one with a 160 cm bed and one with 1 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a shower room with toilet.
You will spend beautiful evenings on the terrace, by a private 8 x 4 swimming pool open from June to September (secured by a bar cover)

The 600 m² plot is completely enclosed and a bowling green has been set up.

Schitterend vakantiehuis

Mooi huis waar alles aanwezig was voor een fijne vakantie. Rustig gelegen en toch kort bij het centrum en de winkels van Ruoms. De airco werkt goed en was zeer welkom bij het warme weer. Ook het zwembad was een grote troef. Mooie vakantie beleefd, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Leider nicht mehr buchbar

Das sehr schöne Haus ist seit längerem nicht mehr buchbar, was bei uns zu ziemlicher Verunsicherung im Vorfeld geführt hat, weil die Annonce des bereits gebuchten Objekts nicht mehr zu finden war. Nachdem uns auf telefonische Nachfrage bei FeWo-direkt versichert worden ist, dass unser Aufenthalt dort trotzdem noch stattfinden kann, waren wir einigermaßen beruhigt. Bis wir die Schlüssel bekommen haben und das Haus gesehen haben, waren wir dennoch etwas misstrauisch. Das Haus wäre von der Zufahrt abgesehen (die nicht geteerte Straße hat zum Teil tiefe Löcher, die bei Regen zu großen Seen werden) aber uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Une maison et des prestations de très bonnes qualités. On a passé un super séjour, idéalement situé un 5mns du centre-ville. Un petit plus aurait été la piscine chauffée. Merci aussi pour l'acceuil

Ras tout est top, la maison, l'emplacement (centre ville à 5 mn à pied) et L'Ardèche juste magnifique. On vous conseille la descente de L'Ardèche en canoë et la visite de l'aven D'orgnac
