This was move in weekend for area colleges in conjunction with opening weekend of football season. Check in was a train wreck. 4PM check in ended up being 6:30PM check in becuase hotel management doesn't know how to manage several large groups checking out and checking in on the same day along with the general public. The excuse I heard from hotel staff several times when questioned.....we're trying to check in the "out of state" soccer team or there's a football team checking out. Not my problem. What happened to check out at 11AM like the rest of us. Very disappointed in this property and will not stay here again even though I'm a Marriott member.
