the room was very clean, the bed was excellent, the kitchenette had everything needed and was very useful, I think over all the hotel was totally worth it!

Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel property itself is in disrepair. Most of the door locks I encountered were half broken and you were never sure if you were going to get in! The room had a musty smell, the toilet ran all night and the tub faucet felt like it was ready to fall off.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The process for paying for a room, same-day was terrible. Was forced to use a Third-Party (Hotels.com) for an additional $50 above cost of room. No need as my credit card guaranteed the room regardless of how I booked it. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again

Very nice place to stay. only bad thing is charge you 10$ a day for parking. Even if you got to park in the other parking lot next to eat towards the gas station or theatre.

We booked two twin-bed rooms, but we were given one king-bed room. Also, the door key stopped working, and it took multiple trips to the desk to get it to work again. The TV remote had a technical issue and did not work.

NO SLEEP - DOGS BARLED ALL NIGHT!!! 😭
We Chose this hotel because of our previous stay experience. It was such a great stay, so peaceful, beds were so comfortable, & the room was so Clean! The staff was also very kind & helpful. This time around 11/8 &11/9 2024 We learned at the WORST of hours (1am -2am, 4-4:30, & 6-7am) that dogs were allowed to bark NON-STOP & weren't told they need to have the courtesy of others & keep their dogs quiet! Then to Top it off these dogs were allowed to peruse freely around the breakfast food a good while until someone finally complained of the barking and sanitation! Then the staff scaredly spoke them and they were so rude back. We had never experienced this before at the Larkspur Landing Hotel or from their staff. I was staying due to medical reasons & this did not bring peace to my situation, but more stress & less Sleep. Which was not good for the health of my procedure. I'd definitely recommend asking ALL the questions about any concerns you may have in regards to the needs or expectations you may have or need prior to staying here or anywhere for that matter. Especially when it comes to pets!

This hotel is easy to get to off the freeway. They are always very kind and courteous check-in is a breeze. They have a nice little breakfast for you to get going in the morning easily. Rooms are always clean and in good repair. Whenever we come to visit family in this area, we stay here

The carpet was so dirty and smells bad. I don’t know why there’s poo on the carpet in 2nd floor. This was really so dirty and disappoint my stay there. So just check in to another hotel the next day. I hope they would maintain their cleanliness.

This hotel is dog-friendly & is located close to a vet I am taking my dog to. I am from Canada and this is my second time staying here and it is good value for the rate charged. The room is clean and the staff very friendly and nice and the hotel is located in an area where it feels safe to walk around at night.
