Property was close to all the places most tourists would hit up, so the location is extremely convenient. The hotel is a minute walk from Starbucks, and Cafe Bernardo is in the same building, just down the hall, so it’s easy to get breakfast. Good restaurants are within 10 min driving distance. There is a 24hr gym. Downsides: No free hotel parking, although it’s not too hard to find metered street parking, and there is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Also, no microwave or refrigerator, at least in my room. The AC in my room was a bit loud.

Great location and excellent service by staff!

Great location with close proximity to restaurants and bars. The hotel is small and quaint with a bustling restaurant and lots to do and see. The accommodations were superb and comfy.

Quiet boutique-like hotel, skip breakfast

Hotel gave us a really quiet room on top floor facing away from the freeway nearby. It was fairly quiet. We were overlooking a parking garage next door and the capital building further ahead. You heard a constant "fan" noise which I think it is from the adjacent building, but that provided a good white noise for sleep. The beds were comfortable but felt warm. We had full control of the AC unit which helped. Would stay there again. Breakfast restaurant wasn't great - it took forever and it's hard to stay within the $18 credit per person I got by booking my stay with a breakfast included. I would skip breakfast at hotel and just go to Starbucks next door for next time.
