Excellent service and care from staff! Sometimes though, there are missing breakfast items/supplies, ie utensils, plates, hot beverages, food items. One of the stove burner knobs in my room, 2120, was missing/out of order. Sink in bathroom drain was missing the stopper. Paying for parking seems silly. It is the only non-city hotel where I've had to pay for parking/self parking. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. I love staying here.

We had issues getting hot water. Stayed 2 nights took 4 showers 2 of them were cold. Woke up one morning and it was 62 in the room. A bit chilly. The building engineer fixed it, to run all the time. I don’t like listening to the blower run constantly. The room was clean and outdated . The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great for our purpose.

Outdated.

Old. Outdated. Comfort was not as good as most. Chips in paint, cracks in walls, decor was dark and not very welcoming. On the positive side, it was quiet in a very nice upscale neighborhood.

Overall a great place to stay. Wish housekeeping did a bit of a better job. Stayed eight days and all they did was swap towels and make the bed. Didn't clean sink mirrors or bathroom. I suggest a full clean every other day would be appropriate especially when someone is there a week. Otherwise everything else was great.
