The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Saint-Pierre-en-Port, this charming 85 m² house, less than a kilometer from the beach which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 353 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
Ground floor :
- 18 m² living room with sofa, TV and armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and dressing area
- Shower room with WC
On the second floor :
- Bedroom 2: three single beds
Outside :
- A beautiful 353 m² enclosed garden with a bicycle storage area
- A 15 m² terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Pierre-en-Port, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Close to Étretat and Veules-les-Roses (listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France), a number of activities and sites to discover: the Palais de la Bénédictine, accrobranche, jet-skiing, leisure park, vélo-rails, as well as hikes such as the GR21 (Normandy coastline), the GR210 (In the footsteps of the Chasse-Marée), and the GR2 (Along the Seine).
Explore the discovery footpaths, sea fishing, the Maison des Croyances et Traditions Cauchoises, the Fécamp museum fisheries and the Labyrinthe des Dalles.
Lac de Caniel offers a host of activities: summer tobogganing, aquapark, kayaking, stand-up paddle (including XXL versions), pedal boats, an inflatable village, as well as facilities such as a restaurant, bowling alley and indoor play park.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage. There is also free public parking 150 m away.
