No where on the website did it say there were no amenities & that they were under construction!! The rooms are not checked daily to refill coffee etc. or to see if clean towels or washcloths are needed. If you needed anything we were told we would have to come and get it, WE stayed there for the amenities & paid for nothing but a room. Breakfast was different both days and there was never fresh fruit. What was there was OK. The second day much better than the first. We could have stayed at a motel and saved a lot of money. If we had known about the construction we would have stayed somewhere else.I think a refund is in order. At least a partial one!! :(

standing for 2 hrs to check in (had reservation prior) with multiple other people waiting to do same. HOTEL UPPER MANAGEMENT was the issue, (not the nice service ladies at the counter). Very unorganized (overbooked, rooms not cleaned, staff had to physically inspect each room to verify room was ready.) Will not i say again will not stay again

The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The chairs in the room was filthy, room key stopped working which left our room unlocked all day while we was gone. Ended up having to go to three different rooms before we left.

Goid, but with issues.

It was good, very clean! Great location... check in was chaotuc and at 6 pm no rooms available because they hadnt been cleaned. Gave us a room key for an occopied room, had to wait for another room assignment. We stayed 2 nights. The second day upon returning to the room after being gone all day, the key didnt work..apparently this was happening to many people. Had to wait again to be able to get into the room. The second night one man and six smal children were in the room above us, shaking the ceiling. My husband had to go up to that room at 1030 pm and ask them to quiet down. It was a long night

We had to wait in line to check in over half an hour. The staff were fully overwhelmed and it was not fair to them thus I have them the 5 star rating. They took what they had and did well. The facility was beautiful in the rooms, but I was upset it was not advertised that the pool and hot tub was closed which I wish would have been disclosed. That was my main booking point, but it has been pleasant regardless.

The only problem was there was an hour wait for check in, I had 7 people in front of me. It was not the front desk staffs fault. They said their housekeepers did not clean all the rooms and they said that their website was selling rooms that they did not have so they were trying to get it figured it out. The staff was very friendly and trying their best to accommodate everyone that was there.

Got my exercise in

Checked in and went up to our room and our keys didn’t work. So I went down to the front desk to fix the problem. Went back up to the room and we still couldn’t get in. So I went back down, had them reprogram the keys again, went back up, and they still didn’t work. So back down again. This time they moved me to a different room and we finally were able to get in. But once we entered, we realized that there were no sheets for the sofa bed. So I called the front desk, and she told me to come pick them up. So back down again! After 4-5 trips up and down, we finally were able to get settled. We went to breakfast the next morning, in the middle of the designated time, and they were already out of most of the food, which was very disappointing. And the pool and exercise room were both closed. Good thing I got a workout in going up and down trying to get into my room.

Disappointed.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool ares was being painted and therefore not accessible. The breakfast was severely lacking. We were there for 3 mornings and arrived at breakfast at around 8 am each day. Breakfast is served from 6:30-9:30. One would think that it would be well stocked at 8. There was never a crowd at that time, yet there was dirty, empty's pans for sausage and potatoes and biscuits, and the eggs were either almost gone or old and overcooked. The gravy was congealed. And yet, on our final morning after having only overcooked eggs along with cereal as our options, as we were preparing to leave we observed that there were the full options available for the neighbors in our hall. At 9:30?? In addition, on this final morning, with our “Not Ready Yet” sign on our door, housekeeping came knocking at 7:30. Why? She didn’t say. Disappointed. Won’t be staying here again.

Pool, hot tub, fitness closed no where on the internet or Expedia did it say that but we weren’t aware of it til we checked in at the hotel. I would have picked differently for hotels. They ran two different credit cards to check in and charged $300.00 between them. Got to room, toilet didn’t flush, had to get moved.
