High end cost, staff were great. No vegetables or fresh fruit on breakfast bar. Room had a bit of a musty smell. Hot tub jets not working. Though nice you are not getting great value for money.

Location was amazing. Our flights got canceled and they accommodated another night no problem. Easy access to riverwalk and able to walk to so much. The hot tubs on the roof are a great amenity but could use more attention for upkeep and workability. Over all great experience.

Having the hotel right on the river walk was very nice. Our room was in an older wing and was weird to get to the room. The staff was over the top nice. Everyone that works for the hotel was great.

Love this location

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We don't even look anywhere else when in San Antonio, It has its own entrance on to the Riverwalk, it is close to shopping, great food, everything we need while in town. There is an indoor pool and a rooftop pool, the view is amazing.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Drury Plaza Hotel! It has a beautiful lobby, and the location is of course very convenient if you are waning to spend time on the riverwalk. The only con is the wait time to get your car because they require you to be valet and the whole process doesn’t seem super efficient. Had to wait 30 mins for my car.

We enjoy old historic hotels when traveling and the Drury did not disappoint. It is close to the river walk and a 15 minute walk to the convention center.. A pleasant breakfast and a complementary evening offering with complementary drinks was a welcome addition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bottom line, yes, we will stay there again.

The included meal was edible but not much more. The hotel Teller’s Bar / Market was straight out of the can type food and to top it off they charged a tip automatically, which I did not notice until later, after I added my own tip for their service. I was eating alone so I am not sure why they felt it was necessary to automatically charge a tip without even advising me. I was not expecting that and therefore did not pay attention to it.

Amazing!

Beautiful old building right on the river walk! Super helpful and friendly staff and excellent food! Clean and comfortable! I hope to stay again sometime!
