Just an okay stay

Due to construction, the room was noisy from time to time. Room was very outdated. Room service did t come by Breakfast working staff seemed agitated that they had to work

It was a nice comfortable place to stay. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the hot water only worked for a bath. The shower water wouldn’t stay hot

Check in was fast, front desk was super friendly. The property is going through some renovations so it doesn't look that great but everything else was great. Bed was nice and comfy! Although the door kinda slams shut behind you pretty loudly so make sure you catch it before it closes!

This was the most unpleasant hotel experience I have ever had Me and my fiance waited in the lobby to check in from 8 am till 2pm then we left cause the lady at the front desk seemed to be having a laugh at how hard she was making it for me to check in and that there was no way for me to get a refund, we came back around 10pm and there was a new front desk person and she let us check and said they already had all the information and didn't need anymore documentation anything for us to check in , she just gave us the keys didn't Even need a photo ID and apologized and said that lady is just a mean person and that we should've came after 3pm when she left and they wouldve just let us check in it was very frustrating and we were so tired we didn't get to use any of the amenities
