I specially asked for a new room because our ac was not working, I was denied. Engineering was sent and they tore up the ceiling to check out the ac, he said in 15 min. It should be working. 8 hours later it was not, 2am came, we are all awake and now I have heat rash on my face. I checked out and was told that it is my fault that the ac is still broken because I did not come down at 2am and let them know, I also did not wake my husband and daughter up to request a new room. I requested a new room when the problem first occurred and was denied. 300.00 a night for no ac is crap! Won’t be staying again.

The view of the harbor and marinia was unbeatable. There were good walking areas around that were pretty clean. Very pet friendly and the staff were quite helpful.
