My partner and I stayed in one of these rooms over a long weekend in the summer. The property appears to be a former apartment complex which has now been converted to individual "hotel rooms".
The check-in process is very straightforward. The first day of our stay, we received instructions from the manager on how to enter in a code to one of the lock boxes outside to obtain our key cards.
The room we were in had some problems the first night. The AC wasn't working (both AC's in the room were broken), and the shower also didn't work (so we had to take baths instead). We communicated this to the manager over the phone, and we were given a new lock-box code to move to a different room in the same complex, at a convenient time for us. It was handled professionally and resolved quickly. Our new room was fully functional.
