We really liked this property. When we opened the front door and turned on the lights, we were delighted that everything was just as pictured. The bungalow had just about everything for a comfortable five-night stay. I appreciated having filtered cold water in the kitchen, so I didn't have to buy bottled water. The washer/dryer came in handy, allowing us to do a load of laundry before heading to our next stop in SoCal. (The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it didn't pose any problem for us. If I remember correctly, there are no grab bars in or around the tub, which might be helpful information for those who would need support to get in and out of a tub.) If we weren't so busy sightseeing, we probably would have spent a lot more time in the lovely, tranquil backyard.
The property is situated in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to a number of good restaurants on Upas Street, and close to Balboa Park. It is also easy to get on the freeway, so it never took us long to go anywhere (Little Italy, La Jolla Cove, Coronado Island, etc.).
Dean's communication was timely and clear. I'd definitely like to return to this property the next time we visit San Diego.
