Tons of things broken in hotel room. Front desk lady was super rude, room had way to many pillows and had no storage for them, front door lock was broken, no do not disturb sign so we had to make one and stick to window, coke machine said $3 but charged me $6. Parking costed money. Amd entrance to parking lot kept scraping front bumper of our van which rides very high. Strangers wondering around at night.

When we arrived our room they gave us wasnt clean at all. Like the previous guests had just left. Towels on the floor, blankets on the floor, trash cans full etc. We had to walk two blocks back to the office for a new room.

Like out of the way. Excited to stay at a Wyndham hotel, but was very disappointed in the quality of our room and the out of work elevators. We requested a kitchenette suite, and we're on the third floor, having to carry all of our luggage and groceries up the three flights of stairs. Stairs. I am currently recovering from a completely torn ACL so this was very inconvenient. We had four different issues with our room. Only one was resolved, but each day I checked in with the front desk to find out the status of the other issues, and was told that they were so short-staffed that there was no management available to take care of my needs. Checking out the fifth morning, I was told that management would contact me within the next 24-48 hours, and 4 days later. I still have not heard from them. Very disappointed in this property. However, two of the front desk staff were great, but could do nothing to assist me.

My check in was at 3pm, i showed up at 3:30pm and they did not have a room ready for me till 3:58pm. On top of that the girl at the front desk responded to be with rudeness when i asked about the room. Housekeeping was yelling back and forth to each other at 7:30-8 am, very loud both days. When checking out a different girl at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude when i asked about my deposit, i just had one question about it and she seem very bothered and responded extremely rude, the hotel is decent and would probably not mind staying there again if not for the staff.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff is great but the elevators did not work and there cockroaches in the room. It’s not a clean place to stay safely
