The property is right next to pier 39 which makes it very convenient to go to different attractions near Fishermen's Wharf. Property is clean and all the staff were friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

My daughter (10 years old) and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The parking is valet only, which is $65/night BUT I expected it and the vehicles are parked safely in the underground garage and you have easy in/out access whenever you need it. Given the rate of car break-ins there in San Francisco I was very happy that this parking was secure and easy. The walkability of the location is FANTASTIC for Fisherman's Wharf and jumping on the Cable Car (Powell & Hyde Line is the fun line that goes by Lombard and into downtown with the fun uphill/downhill ride. Location is clean and we felt safe the entire time. Breakfast is what you would expect meaning eggs, meat, potatos, and pancakes as your hot options to accompany your typical cereal, oatmeal, pastries. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great location!
Water was pooling in the sink and the shower. Other than that, the stay was good. Breakfast was excellent with options for everyone in the family. Great location within walking distance to lots of attractions.
