We had a wonderful stay. The communication with the host was great. He was always available when I had questions. The house has a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of cutlery, plates, and glasses. There were lots of filters for the coffee maker in the drawers. The refrigerator dispenses water and ice. A great feature. The bedrooms were pleasant, plenty of room. The beds are comfortable. The pillows were a little softer than I like but there are 4 per bed so that was nice. There were limited towels. ( 1 per person) I would recommend packing extra if you long haired people in your group. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There was also shower gel and shampoo in the showers. Very handy to have. The location is great. Easy access to the freeway, grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, and much more. I look forward to returning to this rental.

The good: The house was gorgeous, with nice backyard views, ample parking, and towels for everyone (we booked for 17 people but only 12 of us ended up staying). It was in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac, which my friends and I appreciated. The space was adequately furnished, with matching bedding.Some minor things that showed the house needed some TLC: loose screws on the hallway vent, a broken window blind slat, broken cabinet and drawer inside the refrigerator.Some not-so minor things: one of the smoke detectors in the downstairs bedroom was low battery and alarmed loudly the first morning we were there, waking up everyone in the house. The host had provided batteries but they weren't the correct ones and were also stored improperly (loose batteries were in a ziploc bag). The water pressure in the downstairs bathroom shower was also very low, making for long showers.The bad: We found cockroaches in the microwave, and we found some crawling on the kitchen counter hours later. We noticed that the kitchen and stove area might not have been deep cleaned in a while. We couldn't prepare the food we brought to cook, which caused us to incur additional meal costs. We alerted the host of all our concerns and they did provide a partial refund upon request. We do hope that they rectify the infestation, because it is a beautiful home. We also let the host know we would mention the roaches in our review, to be transparent about our experience, from a public health standpoint.

Parking was Great - We had 3 vehicles and were able to park one in the garage and two in the driveway. The location was great for us, close to restaurants, grocery store and a Bart terminal. Beds were comfortable and everything provided was more than adequate. Would definitely recommend.

The house was spacious, easy parking and kitchen well equipped. We didn’t have enough towels for our party of 14 and all bathroom sinks were really slow draining. It’s very noisy at night, from the airport, highway and garbage trucks early in the morning.

This stay was beautiful and they had cooking utensils and seasoning and plenty of space. Wi-Fi was good it would cut out mostly at night. Me and my family enjoyed it so much and felt like home. The garden is beautiful and made mornings so relaxing.

Family trip from UK

Great property. Loads of space. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. Dishwasher was very handy with 12 of us. Also washing machine and dryer. TV kept five kids occupied early in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions and most helpful. Great views from the house. Location was great. Plenty of takeaways and shops nearby. Highly recommend this property.

Nice place with good location but terrible property manager

- Property manager demanded for FULL, non-refundable payment 3weeks before actual stay. This is already a major turn off. - Property is ok, but it's very dirty, cobwebs present on the windows, scrubbing foam not even replaced from previous use, theres even a dirty sock found under the sofa. - Property manager called up 11pm asking me to take out the garbage by myself. - When i asked for additional toilet papers, he said he still need to take time to buy, like it's too troublesome. - The kitchen pantry us dirty , and the shower glass door in one of the washroom inside the bedroom is broken. - For the amount paid for the stay here, it is definitely not worth it.- Overall, i wont recommend this property unless you won't mind dealing with this manager and the dirty property.

Great spot for group of 8

Stayed over a weekend with friends. Plenty of rooms and beds, and decent size living area with a couch and table with benches. Not fancy but clean, comfy beds, could park three cars between garage and driveway, could easily find street parking for 1-2 more cars. Ubered into sf in the evening, took 30mins and about 35-40 each way. Many resto options very close by, and a nice strip mall with Philz, Safeway, Paris baguette, etc.Rright off 280 For easy transport. Host was responsive and respectful. Recommend overall!

Nice home in great location

We came to San Francisco for a wedding and the whole family wanted to stay together rather than be split up in hotel rooms. This house was perfect! The updates are very nice and it was really clean. The only negative would be the kitchen was not very well stocked if you needed to cook a meal for a large group (as far as large utensils, serving dishes and pans) Other than that, it was great and we would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive, he sent the door code the day of, it was easy to check in and out and we had NO problems at all. Thank you Jer!

Large group Thanksgiving dinner

This was a last minute booking, so I was glad to find a place big enough to hold 14 people for Thanksgiving dinner. The back patio was a lovely spot, but really noisy from the freeway. The view was impressive. The public rooms of the house (living/dining) were pretty cramped, but the bedrooms and kitchen were good sized. We had an issue with the oven not working (on Thanksgiving day!) We managed to figure it out, but the manager being completely unresponsive was a bit annoying.

Great stay

We needed a place that fit 14 people for a family reunion and this place accommodates us perfectly. Jer was very responsive and delivered supplies to match what promised. Location works for us - only 15 minutes from SFO airport and 30 minutes to SF pier areas. We enjoyed the view from the terrace too.
