I was awoken at 11 pm by someone given a wrong key who tried to enter the room. Apparently, the check in clerk gave me an incorrect room. Not acceptable.

Customer service upon check in was poor. The staff did not explain anything to us. Just handed us our key and turned away from us. I had to ask how to get to our room (it was in a whole other building) and they seemed annoyed that I was asking. Facilities were average, but for the price it was as to be expected. There was hair stuck in the bath towels and in the shower. Heating unit was super loud and had to be shut off in order to sleep. There were full trash bags sitting on the ground outside of the trash cans around the property and remained there for the two days that we stayed. Staff was nice upon check out, and overall for the price I would say the stay was on par. Next time I will probably pay a little more to stay somewhere else where the staff and cleaning crew are a bit more attentive.

The hotel was old and DIRTY. The bathroom door had a red drip stain (blood?) and there was rust and dust everywhere. Below us there was a room that looks like a man lived inside of and asked us to stay with him. We stayed for two nights and on the second night the room shares a door with a different room and the room next door was smoking weed and penetrated our room we had to check out. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH CHILDREN.

Rooms are very old and somewhat dirty. The bathroom is not at iys best.. water preassure is not good and it looks like a public bathroom. i would not recommend this hotel for a long stay or for families. The whole facility needs a major upgrade.. im just surprise the TV had cable.
