Spring Break Vacation
We absolutely loved everything about this property. I still miss having my morning cup of coffee poolside. The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The concierge was always helpful when we had a question. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, in the gym & playing on the pickleball courts at Palmilla Dunes. Having club access was such a nice bonus. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Cabo!

Wonderful Family Vacation
My wife & I our three daughters , their three husbands and our two granddaughters. All shared the home and loved our stay. the home perfectly stocked with more than we could use and the proximity the beach, play ground and the One & Only (reservations only access) we're fantastic. Morning walks and golf cart rides to the beach, grocery store and farmers market were a real treat. the welcome staff and management team also made everything super easy for our group as it was our 1st time to the area. helping us see San Jose and making dinner reservations Flora Farms for dinner is a must as was dinning in with local chefs at the home. Honestly I'd give them more stars if i could. Well done Brian and and Del Mar Team Irvink! CO

Spotless, beach close, large comfortable home
If you appreciate a clean rental property this is the place. It's spotless! Golf cart is a winner as the beach, and restaurants are a 5 minute golf cart ride away. The 4 bedrooms are good size with good size bathrooms. 8 people can easily enjoy this house comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room had detergent. The owner was very responsive and prompt. The concierge did everything we requested from setting up airport transfers, in house chef, and stocking groceries. The house is large with TVs in all rooms. View is of the coastline . Good size pool with great condition outdoor furniture. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and some pool toys are there for your use. Definitely return and recommend this property to others.

BEWARE major changes at Palmilla
We are a family of 7 and we go to Cabo 2-3 times a year and always stay in Medano beach because the beach is swimmable. We decided to try out Palmilla because we always heard good things about it. I will start with the positive. Property is amazing on top of a hill with gorgeous views. The owner of the house is extremely communicative and accommodating. The house is very clean and well taken care of. It’s in close proximity to the beach compared to much of the property and is just a short golf cart ride away. We booked the place for 7 days and left by the third day with no refund. Unfortunately during our stay there was a hurricane in the Pacific and the waves were super high. This area already has rough water in most spots. With the hurricane way far out made it even worse. We did not feel comfortable letting our five children in the water. On the second day, we had a taxi take us to Medano Beach where the water was still very calm. Club 96 was recently changed to only be accessible by owners and not renters. SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Same goes for Club Espirtu. This leaves you with nothing to do rather than stay at the house. The only thing for my family of 7 to do was swim in the backyard pool. We would’ve liked to be able to have access to a common pool area where guests could go. We also enjoy having food and drink service when on vacation and this also didn’t exist since Club 96 was taken away. I kindly asked the owner to refund us half of our money back on the second day and he refused. He then told us he will give us $2,000 back and never refunded anything. Too bad Palmilla stripped away access for all guests to Club 96 . Sadly, I believe this will effect their business.

Stunning 5 Star Property
Our family had a delightful time at this gorgeous, beautifully appointed home in the heart of the luxurious Palmilla resort. Concierge service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly attentive, the location is central to beautiful San Jose del Cabo and a nice drive to Cabo for more action. The house is walking distance to the beach and amenities on the property. Will definitely return!

Fantastic Cabo Property
We loved this property for so many reasons - the location in a gated community with terrific security, the proximity to restaurants, the beach, golf courses, etc. The villa was very well kept and easy for two couples to live in. The golf cart was a huge plus! Loved the outdoor spaces and pool. We would definitely consider renting the property again.

Beautiful Property
Loved the outdoor living room where we spent most of our time. The house had a good floor plan with en-suite bathrooms. Everyone had privacy. The welcome margaritas with guacamole was delicious. Chef Ramiro made our meals every night except 1. We enjoyed this more than going out. The daily housekeeping made us feel like royalty. The property management was very attentive and available for any questions we had. 5 star all the way!

Beautiful home for family vacation
This property was perfect for our weeklong family vacation. Each person had their own bedroom and bath making everyone feel equally pampered and special. The indoor and outdoor space were beautifully decorated and designed to bring the family together. The office also provided for a private space for the working guest. The property management and concierge were exceptional people and The services were as equally exceptional. We had a chef dining experience to celebrate a 30th birthday and they decorated the space with balloons to provide a personal touch. The beach was a short distance from the villa. Enjoyed this property and plan to go back!!

The location is fantastic — directly across the street from Espiritu and a short walk or golf cart ride to Club 96 and the beach. It was perfect for our active family. Do it!
Our family of six (4 teenage kids) had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. We arranged for 3 dinners at the villa and Carlos went above and beyond every time. We spent our days playing tennis at Club Espiritu and lounging on the beach at Club 96. We never felt the need to go into town as we could get to the market and restaurants with just a golf cart. The Del Mar staff made everything easy, from stocking our house with groceries ahead of our arrival to arranging airport transfers and in villa covid tests. For anyone looking for an upscale relaxing vacation in a beautiful beach setting I recommend this property 100%.

Fantastic getaway in Palmilla
I can't say enough good things about this property and the management. Miguel and his team took care of everything that we needed from food, drink, transportation, reservations, etc. I highly suggest the in villa chef experience which we fully enjoyed. There was one paperwork snafu which Gary took care of immediately after sending him an email. Looking forward to booking our next trip. Five Star property and Five Star host!

As a family of five, with three young kids, we'd been to Cabo many times--always staying at 5 star hotel. We decided to try something different this time by renting a house. With this property and Villas Del Mar, you get the very best of both worlds. Great accommodations-- lots of space, plus privacy and excellent service. The house itself is spacious and modern. The backyard and pool is awesome. The owner and on site staff/concierge are very communicative and will go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. Club 96 and the beach activities and staff there enhance the stay even further. Bottom line--- we'll be coming back.

We had the BEST time! This house is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything we did. Miguel was extremely attentive and made sure every aspect of our trip was taken care of. Maria the housekeeper showed up every day in time and kept everything looking gorgeous. The chef we had come in Yizriel and his butler Hugo are a team you should experience yourself. We had them in for 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners. It was outstanding! All in all Cabo couldn’t have been more perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for our family birthday celebration!
We loved the location of the home within VDM—the gym rats of the family enjoyed the easy access to Espiritu gym right across the street. The others couldn’t be moved from the home pool area. The home has a great floor plan and is very well equipped for renters. We would come back again!
