Bad neighborhood but I’m glad I paid the $20 parking because when checking out there were 2 cop SUV’s parked in front of the hotel and taking reports from other guests who likely parked on the street. I tried calling the front desk 10 times about the location of ice machines before getting anyone to answer the phone. I’ve machines only located on first and 3rd floors. We had hair on our towels when we checked in. The bellhop had no cart for us to load our things from the car onto when we got there around 10pm which sucks because we had walked around all day and were exhausted and once they park your car you can’t access it since the garage is locked/basement level and we had to lug everything at once up to the room without assistance since they park the car. But in hindsight I’m glad it’s secure parking. But hey…breakfast was great!

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Service and Technic
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room service was severely lacking, likely due to understaffing. I had to wait an extended period for basic requests, and sometimes they weren't fulfilled at all. It was clear that the hotel was short-staffed, leading to delays and a significant drop in service quality. Adding to the frustration, there were persistent issues with the TV and cable service. Despite reaching out to the front desk for technical support, the problem remained unresolved throughout my stay. This lack of assistance made it difficult to relax and enjoy the amenities provided. Overall, the combination of poor room service and technical issues with the TV made my stay quite disappointing. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

Good staff, clean rooms…my only problem is the parking situation. You must park overnight in valet and to get your vehicle into the front door area to check in is very tight, very little off street parking. The valet area only can fit one vehicle at a time.

Perfect room!!
Room was so spacious & well laid out, clean & comfy. Other than $20 a night valet ONLY parking option ..it was absolutely perfect!! The full breakfast was great, Tons of space, lights and outlets in the very clean room and bathroom, comfy beds, and plenty of pillows, microwave, fridge, coffee, maker, AC, blackout drapes and steamer, everything you could need. Nothing around there for miles and only street parking other than their valet.
