If i could, i would give 0 stars. Luckily i was only there for one night. If you want any kind of sleep and no disturbance, i advise you to STAY AWAY. Plus the room was not even clean. The wallpaper is coming off the wall because there is water leaking that also is slowly collecting on the floor. Hairs all over the bed stains on the sheets. Also the cleaning personal comes very early to sits infront of your door, with loud conversations and music, to wait for you to leave and when i mention that it was not ok and i wanted to rest a little before heading out they apologized and continued as of nothing happened. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!

The unit itself was very clean and conveniently within walking distance of many spots However, the communication and check-in process were major issues. I had to wait outside for hours the night I arrived before receiving the details to access the main door and my room. The text message system isn’t always reliable for international travelers—an email or in-app message would be more effective. I also had to call several times back-to-back before someone finally answered. Overall my stay was decent.

Terrible unit

Didn't know unit was over a night club. Neighborhood was dingy and dangerous. Parking was horrible. Stains on sheets, blankets and pillowcase. Wall paper coming off. Room extremely small.

Do not go by pics

Pictures are deceiving, located in a sketchy part of town, very loud at night (karaoke bar next door goes to 2am) housekeepers will talk very loud early in the morning.

Cozy

The place is really comfortable for a solo traveler. The room is small but very cozy. The bathroom is a nice size though. I would totally recommend and definitely book again if flying solo.

Clean room with comfortable bed! Downsides were no closet or place to hang anything. The room is above a very loud karaoke bar that stays open until 2 am. If you need quiet- don’t go. But it’s mostly quiet after 2 am. I didn’t see any places to eat nearby. We just took an Uber.

En el post lo menciona que no tiene parking disponible, hasta unos minutos antes del checking cuando te llega el mensaje, demasiado tarde cómo para poder cancelar. No menciona que está arriba de una barra donde hay música toda la noche, el peor Airbnb que he estado.
