Excellent customer service. It is a small locally owned hotel and i felt great spending money with the little " guy". This was our first time going to a small hotel, we usually stay in the big brand names. I am happy Ola Boutique Hotel was my choice. I will definitely be back. Then again Puerto Rico is my happy place.

The convenience of a hotel with the heart of a home-stay. The property is in a great location that’s walkable (or short cab ride) to all the main tourist destinations. Everyone at the hotel is super friendly. Our suite was huge and very clean. The one wishlist item would be a door on the shower. Other than that, the room was great and service was impeccable.

This is a newer hotel and they are still trying to work out some of the kinks. For example, we had smoke alarm beeping in the evening but they didn’t have a battery to replace. Room was clean but furniture setup was kinda weird. Walls are thin so you can hear even a normal conversation in the next room. Bathroom shower didn’t have a door or a curtain so water was splashing out making most of the bathroom floor wet. Elevator floor does not line up with each level. On the positive note, location was great, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff tried to accommodate to your needs. My biggest issue, however, is that they charged $200 deposit rather than just a holding which should have been in pending status only. I called them 3 times already and every time they acknowledge the issue but money is still not refunded. I am about to contact my credit company for help. I would never stay in this hotel again.
