This is the most convenient to the airport if you need to get an early flight or if you got I. Late on a flight and don’t want to worry about transportation. The facility is older and is currently under going renovation, hope that will help with the ambience. It was clean the staffing was friendly and the restaurant was very good.

We spent one night at this hotel when we first arrived in San Juan. While it was fine for a short stopover, it didn’t stand out in any way. The room was on the smaller side and felt quite sparse, with plain white walls and only a few subtle accent colors to add some contrast. The storage was also lacking—there wasn’t a proper closet, just some wire racks with no hangers. Breakfast was acceptable but unremarkable, offering the same standard options you’d typically find at most hotels. All in all, it worked for one night, but it wasn’t anything memorable.

The fact that the hotel is inside the airport is a double-edged sword: it is convenient if you're staying overnight to catch an early morning flight. We decided to stay for 2 nights. The building is in Terminal 4 at the far end of SJU, on the second level, and oddly designed: the lobby is on that level, but you have to walk down a ramp to find the elevator to your room. Our room had a queen sized bed, was very small, even a little tight for 2 adults. There is no microwave nor refrigerator. The coffee pot is also tiny, uses pods. The bathroom/shower is also small, but there's plenty of hot water; although the shower faucet was difficult to manipulate, especially if you're a senior citizen with arthritic fingers. There's a breakfast room on the second floor, with the usual offerings: bagels, eggs, bacon, etc. Regular coffee only. We didn't venture into the restaurant on the second floor. Room service was very pricy as usual. The reception staff were friendly enough, but could have been more helpful.

You can hear everything. I was not able to sleep at all because the next door guests were all drunk and partied until 1:30am. you can also hear how many times they flushed their toilets. I wish I had stayed at another hotel in Carolina and Uber to catch the early flight. Water pressure is also very very bad. Breakfast scrambled eggs were powered ones. I would not recommend this place (especially for this price).

Biggest issue was Google maps and the various airport staff we asked for help to arrive at the hotel. We probably circled the airport close to 8 times before someone helped us get to the hotel. No one understood or could communicate how to access the hotel.
