My stay was made less than satisfactory, the elevators were out of order and had to use the service elevator which with all the other hotel quests was either full or crambs. Also money was taken froom my room. When i reported it to the head of security (Elliot) i got an unsatisfactory result. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Yours, Thomas Viola

I travel a lot for both pleasure and work. And this is the first place they have a text message service which was first class. They responded in a 3 min period. Which was essential to enjoy all the hotel amenities.

Beautiful property. The elevators were a little faulty, but luckily, they had more than one. The beach is walking distance, along with a bunch of food spots. The pool area is amazing! Housekeeping was great as well as all the staff.

Unfriendly staff, VERY dirty room with mold and hair on the bathroom walls/floor. Hallway carpeting dirty and smelly. No room service options. We checked out the very next day and they refused to issue us a refund for the 5 days we were supposed to stay there.

The staff was incredible!! Everyone we encountered seemed happy and very welcoming. My only issue is that we were unable to find the location for paddle boarding and kayaks that the resort claims they have. Not one person we reached out to had any idea. We really wanted to paddle board, one of the reasons we picked the Plaza Condado. The staff needs to have either an idea of where stuff is or who they can contact if not.
