When I got there, entrance door was locked. I was waiting outside for someone coming in there for a couple of hours.
I came in with someone living in that building then I have found out there’s no reception. I went to the travel information center for asking help. The lady working in that office called to the hotel operator for us. Hotel staff insisted that she sent me the instructions how to get in the hotel in that morning. When I came in the room and connected to the Wi-Fi, I have received their message. The time the message sent me was 10:41am. That was when I was in the airplane,and then I took bus to get there. I had no chance to receive it. The room has smell of sewage,the window was unable to close and some electrical outlets didn’t work. You shouldn’t expect they clean up your room and change your towels during your stay.
