This is a beautiful well equipped property in an amazing location on Laurence Pond. Perfect for either exploring Cape Cod or within easy reach of Boston for day trips.
We spent the weekend at this very clean and beautiful spot! From the beds to the living/kitchen space we were comfortable with everything we could have needed or wanted.
We would absolutely return for a longer stay!
A great time awaits at this beautifully appointed house with a fantastic view, wonderful amenities and comfortable atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal with double ovens. The master bedroom is beautiful and has an extraordinary shower and bathroom. You will not be disappointed with a stay at this fabulous home.
This is a beautiful property and we really enjoyed the Lawrence pond in backyard. Kayaking, paddle boarding and my grandson really loved the ducks! We did our daily walks across the street in the Rolling Ridge Hills community and also walking & biking at the Sandwich Marina Park which goes along the cape cod canal. You can also park to ride the other side of canal by the Sagamore bridge. Fire pit was great for s'mores. Dinners at Sesuit Harbor Cafe, Seal and Off the Grid which is 3 food trucks with outdoor seating and music. Good family spot.
Mayflower beach at low tide for kids and Grays beach for great sunsets. Also took a ride to Chatham Fish pier to see the seals and shopping.
It is a beautiful home and Allison is a great host with prompt responses.
Pictures do not do the home and property justice. It was immaculate when we arrived, beautiful backyard and well landscaped, steps to beach at Lawrence Pond. We went swimming, fishing everyday, and even rented a kayak. Allison was extremely responsive for any questions. All 10 of us loved it!
We had a truly awesome few days staying at Allisonâs beautiful house, near Sandwich. The house is just a short walk to a stunning lake, with a little beach. We used this house as a base to explore Cape Cod; we spent a day on Nantucket and travelled down to Provincetown too. I would highly recommend this lovely home.
Property is spacious and ideal for a family get together. The owner was readily available and communicating was easy. Good access to major roads to travel the cape. Firepit and pond a plus.
We had blast during our stay! The house is lovely, hosts are very responsive, lots of space, great beds and ofcourse, beautiful lakeview. Weâll definitely consider coming back here!
We had a sibling reunion to Cape Cod and the surrounding area. This place was nicely located to get to the ferries for Nantucket and Marthaâs Vineyard. The house is immaculate! Allison is very prompt responding to any questions. It all went just great!
The hosts were gracious and welcoming, even letting us know that we could arrive early once the house cleaners had left. The home was so comfortable and clean and stylish, with every amenity we could want. Beautiful landscaping made outdoor leisure time especially enjoyable. Having a clean quiet lake with a dock and sandy beach a short walk away made our vacation time really magical especially with a small child. We rented kayaks and a paddle board and enjoyed seeing two swans and plenty of friendly ducks. The location was perfect for quick trips to the beach and shops. We ate supper on the deck watching the sun set over the water â what could be nicer?
From reservation to checking in, Alison was great to work with. Their beautiful home was the perfect getaway for my family. The beach was clean and lake perfect for paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. The home was spotless and had everything you could think of. Beds were so comfortable! We would definitely stay again, and hope to next summer.
Beautiful and well furnished home. My wife and two children (Ages 7 & 9) were in town for a family renunion and decided to make a vacation out of it. The landscaping surrounding the house is beautful and the proximity to the pond is great. The home is well furnished and the master bed is huge. Plenty of extra rooms for all ages. Our kids had a few sleepovers with their cousins and they enjoyed swimming in the pond a several times. Overall, a beautiful home in a great location with easy access to everything the Cape has to offer. Allison was very responsive and helpful during the stay. Five stars all around!
My family stayed for a week just before the summer rush. The property met or exceeded all of our expectations. Even though it was still early in the season we had great weather and our daughter loved spending time at the sandy beach. The house itself is beautiful, with the kitchen and master bedroom being particular standouts. We also loved the huge yard with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. Allison was a great host, and although we didnât need much help the one time we did need to contact her she responded immediately. Would for sure stay again.
This house was a wonderful place for my family of 6. Incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The hosts have created a lovely space and provide great information and necessities. Truly the best vrbo experience we have ever had. Thank you for your hospitality.
Our stay in this beautiful home on Lawrence Pond will live on as a highlight of our summer. The house was the perfect place to stay with my small family (my husband, 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son), alongside my parents and my sister and her husband. We were able to each have our own bedroom areas and bathrooms (so handy!) while also lounging comfortably in all the shared spaces (especially that great deck!). From top to bottom, the place was well organized and full of thoughtful details and items that made the stay so easy and funâfrom the step stool in the bathroom that helped my kiddos brush their teeth, to the plethora of sand toys and games, to the well-stocked kitchen, to the hot water faucet that I now desperately want in my own home. The beach is so close and a very easy and gradual water entry for little ones, but do bring water shoes if your little one doesn't like walking on pebbles. We easily found food and delivery, the beds were comfy, and the star view was a treat. Chatting with the owners was a friendly breeze and they were so quick to help us out with a couple questions. We'll definitely bookmark this spot for the futureâthank you, Allison and Guy!
