My stay was excellent per usual. Hotel is clean and warm. Room was in excellent condition. Shower was great! I enjoyed my stay.

The space was nicely designed but there are no safes in the rooms which I don’t like. I don’t usually carry my Crown Jewels but it is nice to have a secure place for my computer, etc.

Upon late arrival, I stood outside for several minutes while I tried to reach someone at the front desk. Called several times and was hung up on as soon as the person on the other end of the line picked up. Later realized the side door was unlocked and that was actually the main door. No apology and denial from the front desk agent. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.
