We had a tough start as they had trouble finding our reservation. When they finally did they gave us a room with NO hot water also it says wifi was included, but it was not unless we sat in the lobby. On the positive end, the staff was lovely. In my opinion to expensive for not having simple necessities, such as hot water.

This is a beautiful property with many great pools. This was the highlight of this property: We found the food to be ok, but often it was overcooked and dried out. The reservation system was difficult and nothing available even when booking at 7am when reservations open. That being said we did get a reservation for 8:45 pm and the Steak house was phenomenal. We unfortunately had a room in a quiet area with a very loud and faulty air conditioner but were moved to a room next to the live band which unfortunately was louder than the air conditioner The staff moved us the next day to a quieter area and were helpful, but unfortunately most of our first evening and next afternoon were spend fixing issues or moving. The management that assisted us (Henry) was very helpful and professional. It would have been nice to have more activities and shows geared towards El Salvador and its culture. Being on this property made me forget which country I was in, but it has so much richness that wouid love to see shown more here.

I will say this the Salvadorian Sun gets a 5/5. Outside of that most of the staff were rude. The food was not great and cold at times. We have a child that has to walk with a Cane, and they would not give us anything close to the pool or restaurants, and they placed us in the farthest cabin and on the third floor. When we asked they said no they would not move us. My first time here and will never comeback.
