The picture shown is not Inn By the Harbor, but their sister property across the street, however, Inn By the Harbor has a much nicer courtyard overlooking the garden and pool whereas the property shown here overlooks the parking lot. Room was somewhat dated but very comfortable bedding and double queen room even has a kitchenette! We enjoyed the wine and cheese served in the lobby for happy hour and had a nice walk to State Street for dinner and walk down to the harbor in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

Pleasantly surprised by this quant motel. Happy hour and Breakfast was enjoyable. Rooms were quiet and well appointed. Hot tub looked inviting but only open till 9p so plan accordingly! Staff were very pleasant.

A Gem in Santa Barbara
Sam was an excellent concierge. He gave us great tips of things to do and where to eat. We used the complimentary bicycles and enjoyed a great ride by the beach and through downtown. The room was spacious and clean with a full size kitchenette. The landscaping was well groomed and beautiful. The breakfast was perfect! Fresh pastries, yogurt parfaits and crustless quiche. Great proximity to the harbor and beaches. We loved this place!! We are already planning to come back.
