Parking sucks

Parking sucks. Very tiny parking garage in the front of the hotel (someone actually crashed their car into the wall, damaging the wall and im sure their car during our 1 night stay) and the rest of the parking is around the back of the hotel. Hand soap and lotion are under lock and key on the wall and at least in our room were not in a convenient location.

Wonderful

This was a much needed, short getaway for us which was exactly what we were hoping for. Check in was fast. A wonderful, pleasant, and cheerful young woman greeted us and we were in a beautiful room within 10 minutes. The room was tasteful and clean (as was the entire hotel), the beds were comfortable which is always a huge perk at our age. We spent our few days exploring Santa Cruz and found the town pleasantly unique, the residents quite friendly, and the surroundings exquisite! We love little beach towns. The last “gem” was the Santa Cruz Diner; what a great place! We had a restful and rejuvenating experience which will have us returning and telling everyone about! Thank you.
