Adorable maison en adobe authentique située au 117 Quintana Street et à quelques pas de la Plaza dans le centre de Santa Fe. Le salon a une cheminée à bois kiva et s'ouvre sur une grande salle à manger avec armoires encastrées. La nouvelle table de salle à manger pourra accueillir confortablement huit personnes. La cuisine a été mise à jour avec de nouvelles armoires et comptoirs. Il y a un patio arrière confortable avec une cheminée à bois kiva, une table et des chaises de patio et une chaise longue. L'avant et l'arrière sont aménagés et sur l'irrigation goutte à goutte.

Il y a deux chambres: la chambre principale a un lit queen et la deuxième chambre a un lit jumeau. Un lit pliant est également fourni.

Un mur de stuc à l'avant assure l'intimité de la rue. Cette maison capture vraiment le vieux charme de Santa Fe.

Il y a beaucoup de lumière naturelle de toutes les fenêtres dans toutes les chambres et un parking hors rue pour une petite ou moyenne voiture. La maison est située dans une rue sans issue calme avec un grand parking.

Cette maison est entièrement équipée avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour emménager. Tous les draps, serviettes et fournitures de cuisine sont fournis. Des dispositions spéciales pour les longs séjours peuvent être prises sur demande.

Cheminée à bois - nous ne fournissons pas de bois de chauffage, mais des paquets sont disponibles à l'achat dans les épiceries à proximité pendant la saison d'hiver.

La maison accepte les animaux sur demande spéciale.

charming house
Despite frosty temperatures outside, the house was warm, welcoming and comfortable. A reasonable walk to restaurants and the Plaza, easy parking for a large Subaru in the small driveway, plenty of kitchen supplies.

Charming Stay in the Heart of Santa Fe
We had a wonderful stay at this charming Santa Fe home! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Plaza and all the shops and restaurants. The house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor patio, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the morning or evening. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Communication with our host was seamless, making the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

What a spectacular city!

Great stay at Casa Carolina
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Carolina during our visit to Santa Fe. The property was as listed and suited our needs very well. The house was clean and well appointed. We were able to easily walk to the Plaza and the Railyard district from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the area seemed very safe. Communication with Richard was great and he answered all of my pre-trip questions.

Great location, we could walk to town. It was fun to stay in an adobe home with all of the modern conveniences. The bed could be a little more comfortable but otherwise we loved our time there. Great location to stay to enjoy Santa Fe, we can’t wait to go back.

Our time
I liked the location and neighborhood. The house is an old property with all the charm that goes with it. There is also a bug infestation that the host is aware of, but chose not to disclose. There is mention of the bugs in the "House Manual" at the property, but not online. I had to kill and clean up the bugs several times a day. The bathroom and the bedroom were involved. The ceiling, walls, towels, shower curtain are all involved. The drip irrigation in the back courtyard is malfunctioning and spraying water everywhere with the noise that goes along with the water spray. This occurs early in the morning before sunrise right outside the bedroom window. The parking is tight, but doable. There was discloser about parking in the driveway, but also reference to parking on the street opposite the house. When I inquired did that mean on the street next to the house or on the other side of the street I was told as the email stated you can only park in the driveway. This is not true as there are numerous cars on side of the street. The arrival email, descriptions on the website and the "House Manual" contradicts each other in some cases.

Close to the plaza
Nice home within walking distance of the plaza. We didn't spend a lot of time there but the amenities were everything we needed for the two of us. It was described in the listing, but it's hard to picture until you're there - the parking situation is very tight. A few times, we couldn't park in the driveway because of other cars parked across the very narrow street.

Dog friendly retreat
2 blocks to the river park for walks, food bowl and water dispenser provided, neighborhood very walkable. Sante Fe was very dog friendly. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Each room is on a different level. Bathroom is very small with challenging door swings for those with mobility issues. Great walled garden. Well appointed. Definitely recommend for most people.

Great place to stay close to downtown!
This house was perfect for our trip! It perfectly captured the character of Santa Fe. The house is adorable and clean, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of patio space to enjoy the weather outside. The parking area for the house is pretty small so consider what vehicle you bring. (I drive a small SUV and it was just right) Parking downtown can be difficult and expensive, so we were able to walk to the restaurants and shops quite easily and quickly. (About 10 min walk) I would definitely stay here again!!

Our favorite place to stay in Santa Fe
This was the second time we stayed here and we absolutely love the property. Great location near the Plaza, restaurants and museums. The house itself is lovely - well kept, cozy, and clean. The outdoor areas in back and in front are great for hanging out and drinking coffee in the morning, reading and eating dinner in the evening. We love staying there and will look to stay here whenever we’re in town visiting our kids and grandkids. 10/10.

Property is as described. Nice private enclosed outdoor patio, very clean, good shower pressure, excellent kitchen (although we didn’t cook). Nice touch of a Brita water filter container in frig and ice tray in the freezer. Comfortable living room and bedrooms have just what is needed. Queen bed is very firm- which was fine for my husband but a bit rough for me. Parking is tricky as they tell you, especially since the house across the street parks a car on the street in front so be prepared for some maneuvering- but it’s doable. Really appreciated the check-out checklist by the property owners. There is a dog that barks a little during day but is quiet at night- very dark and quiet in the bedroom which we appreciated. I recommend this property!

I thought the property was 'very true' to the pictures. I also loved the proximity to the plaza. My one concern was all the different levels in the property. My husband hit his head a couple of times going into the bedroom, and my daughter and I both tripped going into the living room. That's why I only gave 4 stars. However, I have to say that the communication was great, and we did have a lovely time. Thank you!

Charming house, great location
The posted photos can't capture the charm of this little place. It's cozy and easy to relax in and had everything we needed: a fully-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable beds, all tastefully decorated. Plus, having a dedicated parking space meant we didn't have to worry about parking downtown. We used this house as a base for a ski trip and appreciated the location—30 minutes away from the Santa Fe ski area and a quick 10-minute walk to downtown. It's close to shopping, galleries, restaurants and coffee shops. 10/10 would book again.
