Family fun at Blue Mountain Beach
We loved our stay at Sun Seeker! The condo was clean and so cute and steps from the beach! The location is perfect with so many restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

Great views & location
This is a great gulf front property conveniently located to many restaurants that we love. Easy walk to several spots and in a quiet complex. The views from the master bedroom are excellent!…. Almost looks as if you’re on top of the water during high tide. The unit/building itself is a little dated but very clean and had everything you would need to kick off your trip like coffee, beach cooler, & chairs which we appreciated. The unit was a nice size for 3 of us (myself, husband, & mother in law). Eileen the owner was great with communication and any questions we had. Would stay here again!

The property is well maintained and well supplied with what we needed. We enjoyed being right on the beach in a quiet spot on the sand. It was nice to be able to stow our beach gear on the lower level side. The master bed was very comfortable and had more than enough pillows! We used a pack & play that was in the closet and we really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was supplied. We will save this unit in hopes to return in the future.

We had an absolute wonderful trip. We left feeling so refreshed and relaxed; and also ready to book another trip to this property. It was our 6th time visiting 30A and this was our favorite spot. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect! Spotless, clean, and had everything you could ever need. We loved how the property was sort of nestled away from the road. It was very quiet and private. You can’t ask for a better view of the gulf from the balcony!! This unit has it all!! We would definitely book again and have already discussed doing so. The property owner was excellent. She checked in on us to ensure we had a perfect stay. Ps - I’m sorry I broke your coaster lol

100% recommend. Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Beach access was perfect, very little crowds where we were. The place was very clean and well taken care of. It is a few flights of stairs which was no issue for our family and totally worth the breathtaking views from the balcony. The property manager was great to work with as well. We drove to both Destin and Seaside and it was an easy trip to both. But there are plenty of restaurants closer by, you don't have to drive far. The chair set up was very nice to have, we just added and additional umbelrella.

Quick 30-A weekend
Booked a weekend beach trip last minute, and boy did we luck out. This place is right on the beach, which I love. The summer heat hasn’t hit yet, so we could sleep with the window open and listen to the waves hitting the sand. Great location- easy to walk to the bakery, Red Fish taco, and the creamery. Just be aware the driveway is rather hidden, so your Walmart delivery driver might get confused. But overall great stay, nice property. We would stay there again.

We took the exact same trip last year with our family and enjoyed it so much we booked it again. This condo has an outstanding view of the water, sunrise, and sunset. Everything is always very clean, convenient to everything, and Eileen, the property manager, is wonderful to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone with teenagers or young children.

Perfect Location, Great Value
This was our 3rd time staying in the Blue Mountain area and found this property to be a great value. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded. The inside was clean and well stocked. And, the location was perfect. I am not sure what the previous reviewer meant by feeling like there were cameras as we did not feel that way at all. We also found the property to be very clean. We hope to stay at this property again in the future.

Perfect spot
This was the perfect spot! On the beach, good price! It had all of the amenities I always wish for when I book a trip to Blue Mountain (which is a lot because it’s my fave) -beach towels, beach chairs to sit by the surf & 2 chairs with umbrella, flashlights, ice chestsss, washer/dryer! The water was nice & hot. The wifi was actually pretty good for us which is odd for this area! I loved the secludedness of not having to be at the public access. The only downside was the odd parking situation and narrow driveway but I can barely even remember that, the place was so good! Eileen was so responsive, easy to talk to and helpful! Definitely would like to stay again if available in the future!

Great location!
Very comfortable condo — we enjoyed our stay! There were some issues with the Wi-Fi in the building (neighbors also had same issues). As soon as we left the building, we had no issues. Our phones would not always have service, either (so we could not use hotspot). Technology needs to be upgraded in that building. Perhaps adding that issue to the condo description would be very helpful, as some people depend on reliable Wi-Fi for remote work. Beds were extremely comfortable! Condo has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful beach and not overcrowded.
