Stunning 30A Home
The house is perfect, beautiful, comfy and convenient to everything while still being private and relaxing. The neighborhood is perfect for strolling, the pool is spacious and private with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean with plenty of space and very clean bathrooms. The gym was small but had everything you need. Peter was super helpful and responsive to any question we had. The golf cart really came in handy for getting to and from the beach and getting to places that were close. I would highly recommend this property without question and hope to be back real soon!

Beautiful Home
My Wife, teenage son and I really enjoyed staying at this Property Memorial Day Week. Home is beautiful with a well stocked Kitchen. Enjoyed being able to take our Springer Spaniel, and the Neighborhood is great for early morning walks. We really enjoyed the Neighborhood Clubhouse and quiet Infinity pool and swam everyday. Quick 5 minute walk. Several Beach accesses about 5 minute drive away. We tried several, rented an Umbrella/ Chairs further up the Beach one day, most days we took Chairs and Umbrella from the Property to a closer access. Host Peter was very quick to respond to any questions, much appreciated. Would love to go back to that House in the Future!

This house was fantastic - in a small, newer looking community close to topsail state park. The house was well equipped with beach gear, bikes, dishes, utensils, plenty of towels, etc etc. Peter was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. Look forward to returning in the future.

Christmas at the beach
Everything was perfect! It’s probably one of the first times that we’ve stayed at a VRBO property where there wasn’t anything that we needed that we didn’t have. The kitchen was stocked with spices, every type of cooking device and utensil or bowl that you would ever need. All things beach also - beach towels, beach chairs and toys it was perfect! We would definitely utilize this property again in the future!

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in a fabulous neighborhood. Peter was VERY responsive, and nice-we had a minor issue that he handled immediately. The house is very well appointed, and the pool area was beautiful and not crowded in the least. The neighbors were friendly, and it made for enjoyable daily walks with our dog. Realistically, it's easier to drive to the beach, but it's a two-minute drive with zero parking issues. Great house, thank you!

Great home on 30A
This is a great home at the west end of 30A in a gated community. All the furnishings and amenities you'd expect in a million-dollar home, not a rental property. This includes bikes for the whole family, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the home is a few minute walk to the pool and fitness center. The fitness center is very good, with 5 pieces of quality cardio equipment, dumbbells up to 50 lbs, a Smith machine, pullup/dip station, TRX bands, physio balls, and a few pieces of resistance exercise equipment. It's slightly more than a mile from the home to the nearest beach parking lot, with a paved bike path the entire way. Very easy drive or bike ride. There are restaurants within a mile of the property and many more along 30A. Peter, the host, is as responsive as you can ask for and on top of everything. We highly recommended this home for a quality vacation.

Perfect beach home
This was the perfect beach home that we could’ve asked for. The owner was incredibly responsive with all of our questions. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The state park was a short distance from the neighborhood also. We used the neighborhood pool and spa and they were not busy at all. The only thing I wish I could do differently is plan a longer stay .

Santa Rosa Beach getaway
This was our first time to the 30A area of Florida. Peter’s house was great and was exactly as described in the listing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and much more. The neighborhood was great. We met some neighbors at the pool and on walks and everyone was soo nice. We drove to the beach but it wasn’t a big deal. It was close to the house. Lots to see and do along 30A! Would definitely rent here again!

MUST HAVE A CAR
The house is nice, clean, stocked and in a safe neighborhood. The access to the beach is 1.3 miles away and the walk to the 2 pools is too FAR. A golfcart for the price of the rental with 0 access to the beach would have been perfect. You must have a car to get to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas are on the back porch. You cannot carry those to the beach on a bike or walk. It’s way too far and I exercise daily. The house is fantastic and the neighborhood is fantastic. It’s just far from the beach and pools. Peter is helpful and attentive. It’s just farther than I expected

Awesome house with great amenities
Our family of 5 stayed here for 6 nights. It was amazing! Very clean and smelled great when we walked in. The owner, Peter was incredibly responsive and super helpful. The pool and gym are a minute walk from the property that we enjoyed many times. We rented a golf cart making the travel to the beach a breeze. All of the beds are comfortable and the house is very well appointed. We will be back!!

Beautiful home- loaded with amenities and well appointed. Gorgeous infinity pool that was never crowded (and we were there over the 4th!). Beach an easy park/drive away (2 minutes). Owner was very responsive and on top of everything. Will definitely be back!

The Colorado Bunch
What a perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday with our daughter, son-in-law and our 2 granddaughters! Everything was just like it said but better. We love that area of Florida but our first time staying at Cypress Dunes. It was equipped with everything you could need. The property was absolutely beautiful! We rented a golf cart and it was perfect to get around and take to beach. Very convenient location. Peter was wonderful to work with. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you!!

Beautiful Home for a Lovely Stay
Rented this home last minute and Peter was amazing to work with! Extremely responsive which I very much do appreciate! The home is absolutely beautiful! Had everything we needed and more! So many little details and extras that I am not used to with other rentals! The neighborhood is beautiful as well and easily walkable. There is some construction still going on. The main pool is beautiful and never too crowded! The absolute only negative is that there is no way to get to the beach directly from the neighborhood. Have to drive down to public beach access. All in all I would highly recommend this home for your next stay and hope to come back in the future ourselves!

Perfect Vacation!!!
This property was very clean and absolutely beautiful. We arrived late evening and getting into the property was hassle free. Travelled with kids and they enjoyed having bikes and a stunning pool seconds away. I recommend this property for anyone looking for peace and quiet but also wanna have fun. We will be staying here again.

It was a nice house and good neighborhood. All the laminated signs on the the bed, couch, knife set and beach towel basket with instructions on how to use and the fees that would be charged did make the stay a little uncomfortable. I feel like if the laminated signs were not all over the house it would feel more welcoming and would have been able to enjoy the stay more. Other than that the house was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your trip.

Wonderful time at Santa Rosa Beach
We loved our week spent at Emerald Shores Beach House! The house was absolutely beautiful with so many nice amenities! The Clubhouse pool was beautiful. The 6 bikes provided were perfect for the short ride to the Stallworth Lake Public Beach Access! This part of 30A is relatively newly developed and not very crowded. I didn't realize when booking that there was not direct beach access from Cypress Dunes but once we figured out how to access the beach either via bike or car then we were all set!!
