The property was a bit outdated and it did show that in appearance and cleanliness. That being said, the location was amazing and was fairly priced for the area. I would definitely recommend if on a tight budget and just a couple of days.

Nice location right by the river, walking distance to everywhere. Breakfast was great and service was good. Only downside was the carpet in our room was pretty dirty even after she cleaned the room. It was clean looking overall but not like deep clean. The hair dryer had hair on it, there was a stain on the shower curtain, very low water pressure in shower. So not the place if you’re super picky- but a decent stay if you can overlook a few things.

It's Fine

I knew what I was getting into because I've lived in Savannah for 10 years but it wasn't super clean and the front desk attendant's customer service could use a lot of improvement. It's a loud part of downtown, there is a lot partiers that hang out right outside your door, and the BP is a hotspot for people to hang out, and it is right next door. BUT it is the cheapest hotel in the very heart of downtown so if you're visiting Savannah to have a good time and not relax at the hotel for very long this is the place for you.

Very good location and friendly staff upon checking, I believe his name was Joe. However this room definitely was in dire need of a deep clean and update. There was an adjoining door which creeps me out to begin with, it had a large patch in it. There was a door handle to the bathroom completely gone and an outlet with exposed wiring on the floor. The shower was awful, it didn’t want to work at all. I kept messing with it until the shower started coming out some but only about half the water would come out the shower head at all. The outside of the hotel area had trash all around it and just looked like it needed to be cleaned.
