Great! Only issues was I asked for wash clothes after the first room cleaning and never got any. Then when we were checking out the elevator went down and had to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. But it was great besides those minor issues!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
All good, but I'm pregnant and I had to go down the stairs from the sixth floor because the elevator wasn't working. It didn't go very well and the hotel didn't do anything about it.
Property was just running to run without proper management. No one to greet you, like a robot asking for information to get you checked it. Might as well place robot there and save money on salary for people to do nothing. Called multiple times to front desk because there was no remote in our room and no one answered. We had to just stare at each other since we couldn’t watch tv. After many tries Vamsi was the only one who was helpful and brought us the remote the the night before our checkout. Everyone else at the property is useless. There were stains on the bed and couch, the toilet tissue was CHEAP, might as well bring your own, the shower wasn’t clean, the elevated stopped working and we had to WALK UP TO 6th LEVEL BY STAIRS, one guy in the valet parking area as the WORST ATTITUDE. They were acting like we were staying there for free.
From when we checked in until we checked out the staff was amazing. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful. Darius with valet went above and beyond and was very courteous. We definitely be staying at Cambria in Savannah in the future.
Originally from the area, and went to visit family. The hotel is in a convenient location to all things Savannah. Our room was very clean. And it was quiet. Excellent black out curtains. Overall a good stay. Located next to the liberty street garage. Due to us driving around each day, we spent a total of 34 dollars on parking for 4 nights.
Our flight delayed. Couldn’t get thru at first but then they called me
Back to confirm. No issue. Well when we arrived took a good 20-30 minutes to find someone to check us in. Found her sleeping in office. I spoke to front desk person next day who apologized Cam was his name. He was great so was Lashawanda (spelling?). Also valet woman whose name I don’t remember were great on recommending transit and food options. Also bartender whose name I don’t remember was great. She was training a young man. Beds garbage towels fine except on Sunday we were gone from 844 man. Came back at 4 pm no garbage removed no towels replaced etc. found housekeeping doing another room who gave us new towels so we could
Shower etc. and would tell the woman assigned to do our room to empty trash etc. she never showed up. Sorry but by 4/5 pm beds should be cleaned and refreshed
It was a newer hotel and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't think about where we would park, so it is a bit expensive. I wish we had a few more pillows and our TV was placed at an odd angle in the room so we had to turn our heads. It was a little further from CIty Market and River Street but the walk is nice. Regardless it is a very nice, comfortable hotel and I recommend it.
We had the best stay at the Cambria Hotel. It was super clean, the staff were very kind and pleasant. Liberty Street has great restaurants and shops. Just walk across the street and you are on it! We did park at Liberty Street parking garage. It is a public garage. We paid a total on the weekend $23. Unfortunately, the valet parking is too high, they are valet parking at this Liberty parking garage which is unfortunate. If they had there own parking garage like Marriott and Tryp by Wyndham the hotels next to them, then I would of paid the valet parking fee. They should reconsider their valet prices. Since a month of tenant parking at this garage is $40.
Overall experience was poor. Check in seemed to be a bother for the check in clerk. Was reluctant to come to the desk to check us in. Perhaps because it was close to 9:30 pm.??
Valet situation was challenging. We had to switch cars with our son because online reviews advised the valet could not accommodate an F250 truck. When we asked the valet about this ( we had reservations to stay the next week as well) he advised they cannot take responsibility for nicer vehicles, so they preferred us to self park. Because that seemed to be an unusual, we asked again and the valet confirmed they could not be responsible for high end vehicles, even though they were agreeable to park my son’s BMW X5. The next morning we asked a different valet about parking and they said they could accommodate the high end vehicle. When we called the hotel later in the week about valet parking, we were advised to self park due to us having high end vehicles ( F250 and Porsche).
The shower had hairs and the floor was dirty ( sand, crumbs,etc.). Coffee machine was dirty.
The hotel was very nice and quiet. It was in a good area close to everything. The room was also very nice, well ventilated and roomy. Would stay here again.
