The hotel is dated - needs refurbishment. The rug in our room was dirty, the extra blanket/pillow had been used by a previous traveler and never replaced inside a zippered bag. For the cost there are better places to stay. The best part of the stay was the desk clerk. She was friendly and welcoming.

What I liked: friendly and prompt staff, lots of parking nearby. What was so-so…I received a 4th floor room, which was clean and big, but not exceptional. I had to locate the coffee maker on a shelf, a relief when I finally located it. It was acceptable and comfortable though for a one-night quick stay I booked for road travel The hotel is on a road behind the major roads, so safe enough but follow your gps instructions to find it. It’s not hard to find. What I did not like: I had to fool around with the TV remote to figure out their Direct TV system which does not seem to have a rolling guide like other hotels. Everything was a re-run and local news was hard to locate with the search function.

I love Hampton Inns but the beds are too hard for me. Staff is very friendly and service was great. There was only one elevator working so wait time to get up or down could be 15 minutes.

I am over 80. After 6 hour drive to arrive at 7.15 pm and find no one to check us in or the two couples ahead of us. 20 minutes before we were checked all in. Crazy in a hotel this size to have ONE person on staff to do-this while the apparent manager was off helping setup a crib. Then next morning no cooked food or muffins at the time we happened to want to eat.
