Front desk should not tell you that they will take $50.00 off per night and then say they can’t do that. I’m also a IHG member and a military veteran and she still couldn’t help us out. We had to pay another $246.00 for the two nights . That’s as much as another night. This is an issue for all guests. The elevator certification was expired. I have a picture to prove that.

My big issue with Holiday Inn Express is the "every other day"house cleaning. Even requesting upon arrival that our room be cleaned everyday, it wasn't. I had to call and complain and insist that it be made up. Not a good company policy. If this is the norm for Holiday Inn it should be noted when people are searching for hotels to stay at.

Location

Perfect location, this hotel is my go to when we’re in Savannah. Parking is convenient and a good price. Once you’ve parked, you really don’t need the car again until you leave. You can walk to everything since you’re in such a great spot, or take advantage of the free bus that drive the loop if you would rather. Site seeing, shopping, dining, all are right in reach of this hotel. Comfortable beds, and a nice breakfast in the morning.
