The destination fee is really stupid. $25 a day just because I want to stay in an area? No that's really dumb. Also if your complimentary drinks menu is limited maybe you should make sure your bartenders are actually communicating that with your patrons

After booking on the wrong day, I ended up having to get this hotel and it was wonderful. And the staff was wonderful from the valet to the front desk although they didn’t have room service we didn’t need it anyways, but if you’re looking for that, I wouldn’t book this hotel but they do accommodate you with the downstairs bar. You can get it to go it was great.

The worst experience in Savannah hotels so far. Our first night we were placed into a room on the street side, 4th floor. Street noise was expected but it sounded like we had our window open all night. Not only street noise but it sounded like the neighbors TV was in our room. The second night we switched rooms due to the noise. As we were coming in from dinner, we noticed a man trying to get into the room across the hall and went about our way thinking it was his room. We then heard someone pulling on our door to which we looked through the peep whole, being the same man. I ran to the phone to call front desk assistance with the phone not working. I had to find my cell to call 911. I later looked at the phone with it not being plugged in. When I went to plug it in, I realized the headboard nailed to the wall was blocking the outlet for the phone jack. This hotel is a concern of safety for me being they have no door entries on the front or the elevators, if there is one it doesn’t work and lets you pass through. Along with no security in the lobby or around the hotel. Not to mention both rooms had excess amounts mold with blood on the walls.

Bad experience

Horrible experience, dirty room, with cockroaches and fungus, hair in the bathroom, we tried to talk to the desk but without success to resolve this, I wanted to know if hotels.com can help me with something, give me a credit in the hotels or something like that, my family was very sad about this weekend

Very poor service at check-in, the room was dirty and dusty, and they force you to pay $50 for parking. A terrible experience.

Hotel was clean and everything needed, however do not fall for the destination fee upon checkin. Staff did not describe well, I thought this was the “resort fee” included on Expedia receipt, it was not. Charged $32 on checkout that included 2 drinks and possibly water bottles. Not worth it and this fee was not explained. Also very noisy street that went all night long and construction surrounding the building. Would stay again but would not book room on Bay Street and would not accept the destination fee “chips”

Stayed two nights for New Years Eve. The hotel is in an excellent location. The parking is overly expensive at $48 per night. There is an additional $25 resort fee (it is not a resort... not even a pool!) plus another $25 per night fee for being in the historic district. So add $100 per night to whatever your nightly rate. The allow dogs to sit on furniture in all common spaces including the bar and restaurant.
