This is an older hotel and we knew that going in. We were there for a kids tournament. Didnt spend much time in the room except to sleep. Breakfast was good, pool was clean, room was clean, just outdated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Close to everything, ocean front room. Would stay again for budget friendly trip to seaside.

Great stay

The staff at the front desk and house keeping were very good to us. The room was clean, the food in the breakfast room was nice. The room we had also had a Kitchenette in it. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room wasn't to bad for being a lower level unit. They do offer the items you need to make smores for a fee. At night they make free cookies and the coffee in the office is usually kept fresh.

Lovely overnight stay

Wonderful overnight stay . Staff friendly, helpful upon checkin. Fresh cookies were being put out as we arrived . They kindly accommodated our last minute request for a ground floor room as we had our dog and made it easier access to the outside .. beach is spectacular to go for the sunset expanse sandy beach.. we’ll be back for sure ..

Steps from the beach

Excellent front staff and unbeatable proximity to the ocean. The extra lock on our door was broken and some wear and tear but overall still a great place to stay.

The rooms are old and need a refurbishment. I loved that our room had a fireplace, that was fun. And our window faced the beach- nice. It was nice to have a continental breakfast option, though the pancake machine was broken on the last morning. My biggest complaint is the very poor wifi. I couldn't watch a show on my Roku. Location to all things in Seaside was great. Room was spacious.

Good offseason price.

Friendly check in. Actually got a better room than I booked….recently remodeled king. It was ok. Curtains were terrible…not blackout. I was concerned anyone walking on the Prom could see in. No stopper in the sink. Kinda rough around the edges for being renovated. Still…bed was comfortable, and it was a great price for being on the ocean. I’d definitely stay here again.

This was our second time to stay here. Both times we found the property to be in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Our little dog enjoyed his treats and the special towels and bowls they furnished for him was a nice surprise. The breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again.
