You definitely get what you pay for. Nothing like the pictures at all. Our room was called Captains quarters and it was literally just a room with one window facing the parking lot. The duvet didn’t have a cover on it and the sheet had stains on it and was ripped (like a cat clawed it). Cup stains on the nightstand. Lamps didn’t have plugs for usb charging. There was no parking so we had to park across the street. It looked clean (other than stains on bedding) but towels were tacky and purple. Vending machine in hallway was on wooden blocks. It’s good if you want a cheap room for a quick nights sleep but that’s it.

We had an ocean front room with a loft. The shower and jetted tub were in the loft and the second bed was tucked under the loft. No privacy while using the shower or tub. The small 1/2 bath on the main level was in really bad shape. The floor was warped and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. This was supposed to be a newly remodeled room. We were also surprised that the restaurant had closed. The beds were comfortable and the ocean view was amazing.

Most of the rooms are pretty dated unless you book a room on the 4th floor. Expedia was advertising that all the rooms have jetted tubs and when we got there we did not have one. The jetted tubs are only in the renovated rooms. So when you book you think you’re getting a nicer room than what is actually there. However, shout out to Juan who was able to fix this and made sure we were happy.
