We had a small room with the loft but we had no purpose of the loft. Two chairs in the loft area didn’t help b/c no view, window was dirty and didn’t close. It was cold (ocean wind) in the room. No decent table in the room and one chair for two of us, was not helpful. No hooks to hang your coats and one old closet that was placed behind the chair, not very accessible. This place really needs a renovation. It was already bad as Silo Inn. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, it was so busy with kids.The only good thing about this hotel is a location.

The rooms were dark and dingy. Holes in the walls and bathroom door. I paid extra for an early check in at 11am and didn’t get our rooms until 2:30pm. Room 301 smelled disgusting!!!! The smell seemed to come from the dishwasher. Smelled like someone took a dump in the dishwasher.

We checked in and when we got to our room, housekeeping was not done at all. We went back to the front desk and where told they would get it clean within an hour. We went to get something and we were gone for over an hour. It will still not clean by the time we got back.

This property was very conveniently located and had great views of the water from our balcony. It was well stocked with necessary items and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seaside. The only drawbacks we witnessed were pertaining to the noise between rooms, and dated features.

Very Affordable stay right on the beach

Not a luxurious hotel but amazingly affordable for location - oceanside & right on the turnaround. Great family-friendly place with a Mo’s Seafood attached. Early checkin & late checkout available for small price. Small kitchens in room. Warm indoor pool plus hottub.

Too far gone

Room was dingy and gross with water stains on the ceiling, no curtain for outside window, broken shelf in the bathroom. The fireplace, which was a deciding factor for me, did not work. Housekeeping left our door wide open after cleaning one day and failed to clean the second, leaving us with no towels or toilet paper.

I was called the morning of the day. We were supposed to check in by the front desk lady telling me she was running my card and it was being declined. I had already paid for my room for that weekend and had proof on my bank statement. She still proceeded to Argue about it and then told me she will get her manager who never did come to the front desk. Then she finally found my payment once she pulled me up on her computer. I then asked if there was a possibility to check in early, she said someone would call me in two hours to let me know (nobody ever called me). The pool was extremely dirty. Also once we were able to go to our room, the fan in the bathroom was hanging down as if it was broken, the fireplace would not turn on and the some of the trim was missing. Also we had two doors that led to two other rooms that weren’t ours.
