Never been to Seattle but the one absolute standout is the fact the property is gated. If your worried your car could get stolen in an unfamiliar city than worry not. You get a code for the gate if you need to sneak out for whatever reason (dinner).

I showed up a whole day early and they let me add another day to my stay and put me up that night. That was great. The area around the hotel is acknowledged to be not a great area, but the hotel has taken great pains to have security and livability as a priority, and it shows. I was working nearby and I needed to sleep. The room was perfect for what I needed it. The accommodations were simple, and low priced. It was a pleasure to stay there

One of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. Note..there are no frills here, but there is a good size fridge and sink.

I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff (I believe he is the owner) - that is so important to me. The girl who cleaned my room did a magnificent job! very detail oriented, everything refreshed!!! I needed to extend my stay and they were super helpful and accommodating. One of the staff even showed concern for my safety while in Seattle; she warned me that cars do get broken into if people can see stuff in them. Even though there were many homeless/unfortunate people in the area I still felt fairly safe because the hotel was gated and I believe the owner and his family lived on site.

Loved the gated parking lot. Heard it wasn’t the best of areas to be around but I had zero issues. The front desk receptionist was SO NICE!

Although the neighborhood isn’t ideal, they have a gated fence and security on the premise. I never felt unsafe. The room was very clean and super comfortable. I would stay here again.
