Great view of the Space Needle. Difficult to fit two queen mattress because the apartment is small. The snacks are a huge bonus the kid loved them.

Everything one Needs
This property was our selection for a single overnight stay prior to flying out of Seattle. The unit looks exactly as pictured. It is also clean and well-stocked with kitchen accessories. Our host was very receptive to our email questions and assisted with the check-in/checkout process. We would stay here again since it is walkable to downtown and the waterfront.

Best place I've stayed in Seattle
My fiancé and I come to Seattle every year for a trip. We always stay in an open apartment in this complex. This was by far our favorite place to stay in the 4 years we've been coming to Seattle. We will definitely try to book again for our stay next year.

Defintely a little run down and worn out. It wasn't horrible but could use a new face lift. Had no access to the 2 televisons as we didn't have our own Roku account. This wasn't communicated to us until our arrival as indicated by a note on the counter. A nice gesture with a basket of assorted packaged snacks however they had all mostly expired well over a year ago, so not too appealing. Location was nice and the surroundings were pleasant. A lot of noise at night with loud vehicles but you eventually get used to it.

Great location
Right in the heart of the city, able to take the light rail to get to a Mariners game. Great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Quiet building, had access to a parking garage.

Smaller space than expected
4 adults and 1 child in our group. The sofa was not a double futon as it did not convert into a bed. No air bed left out for child, on investigation 2 double airs beds where located but there was little room to inflate one. Apart from this the apartment was in a great location and clean and tidy, with a thoughtful snack box and drinks in the refrigerator. An ideal place for a couple or 3 people.

Clean and conveniently located
The apartment was very clean and in a very convenient location (walking distance to Space Needle, Public Market, waterfront etc). The snacks were a huge plus for my 8-year-old daughter! The only thing I was disappointed about it was a lack of air conditioning which I took for granted and thought it was a standard thing these days. Also, the two tv’s were useless due to the fact there were no streaming apps installed. Overall nice, little apartment.

We had a rental car but decided to walk to Pikes, the needle and Chihuly. I was worried we’d have to step around tents in the street like we do in LA, but that wasn’t a problem on this side of the city. Parking/ entry was no issue and the interior was very clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Our stay was uncomfortable with the heat in the apartment. Heat thermostat registered 87 degrees just in time to come back from a day of walking and wanting to shower to get read to go out for dinner but instead experiencing a sauna. Sleeping in that heat was impossible, the small balcony had no screen so flies were the only option to have air flow. Only two fans offered that were not powerful to make a dent in that heat. For the price point a small investment of a portable air conditioner would go a long way. Other VRBO guests we met on the rooftop said their units had air con. Renting a place at that cost shouldn't have a family trying to stay away in a cool place dreading to go back to a ferno. I would not recommend this place for anyone in the summer. The positives I want to highlight, the owners were excellent with communications, offering treats and plenty of coffee, rooftop garden had nice views and the location was close to the space needle.

Convenient and Functional
The condo was close to attractions like the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Garden and the free waterfront shuttle to the pier. Easily accommodated 3 adults and a teenager. Plenty of bedding and towels. Safe building as well.

Great place to see Seattle!
We just finished our stay and we had an excellent time. It was a perfect place to relax when you needed it, but it also allowed you to jump off into the city and see whatever it is you wanted to see. We really enjoyed our stay and we’re very appreciative of the location, the host, and all the surrounding attractions.

Excellent condo with decor and features. View of space needle from living room and bedroom as well as rooftop patio. Communication with host was clear and responsive. My kids enjoyed the snacks and treats and were there for us.

Good location
Good location short walk to Space needle about 20 min walk to Market place. Snacks were a big bonus having paper towels and TP and cleaning supplies another huge bonus Only reason not 5 stars is no AC and no screens on Window to leave open. It was really hot inside the condo. There are 2 fans it would have been unbearable without those.

Very Clean and centralized
The place was very clean and comfortable. We found plenty of pillows and blankets. We stayed here for 2 days, 3 adults. The location is very centralized. We were able to walk to the pier for our embarkation day. The communication was great previous arriving day. Once in the location, I never heard from the owner again. I texted when arrived and once on the ship once gone. I got no responses, nor the code for the door so we could get in the building. I would still rent again.

Cute little spot ideally located
The space was small, but big enough for the two of us and our twin 11 year old granddaughters. It was close to many of the sights we wanted to visit. The space was clean and well stocked. The dish of candy and the bowl of snacks were enjoyed, especially by the girls (though a lot of the items had passed their expiration date). There's a grocery store nearby. Actually close enough to walk back from Pike Place. Parking on the street, but limited to four hours at a time. Can't be extended until about 30 minutes after a session expires. The price was more like $1.50 per hour, as opposed to the 50 cents stated on the description. Parking was free overnight. We never saw a cop so I doubt they check much. Closet space was limited, as it was packed full of extras (including a blow up bed) and several boxes of extra snacks!

Clean, great views, would book again!
We were visiting from the Bay Area for a quick weekend trip and were hoping to see downtown without booking a car. We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit including the aquarium, pikes place market, and the space needle. The place was clean and organized and host was responsive to our questions. Would totally book again!
