Downtown Seattle, like many large cities, is pretty dirty and has a large homeless population. However, the hotel itself and the access to other dining options were amazing. The drain in our shower was jot draining properly. We used the shower only twice and the first worked well, but the second time it would not drain fully.

The staff at this hotel was incredible! My husband and I were stranded in Seattle on Valentine's Day and came across this hotel. It was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The night manager, Kimberly, was so sympathetic to our situation and she upgraded us to a suite which was amazing. Tim at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Matthew at the valet and luggage desk gave us so many recommendations and he was just so nice! Connor at Oscar's bar made the best drinks and was very friendly. I would stay here everytime!

Great mini getaway in a beautiful building. Bathroom needed some tlc but the room was great. Doormen was extremely friendly as was the support staff. Some opportunities in better communication prior to the stay as my messages were either answered late or not at all.
