I absolutely.Loved everything about this property.It had an amazing view on the rooftop.The staff was so friendly. And very informative.would totally stay there again. There were homeless but no one bugged us

All people at the front desk were super friendly. I had a question regarding parking. Three people gave me advices. It made me feel very safe and settled. They also gave an advice on dining options in the area.

The property itself was good. The area though was loaded with homeless people..granted there was security officers patrolling.. just wouldn't imagine such an expensive city being overrun by the homeless..the hotel itself though was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfy..but i spend alot of time here because of work so it didnt bother me as much as the first time i came to seattle.

Quick check-in. Staff was really sweet and patient even with the rude New Year’s Eve crowds. Parking is first come first serve so it can be limited if you’re time of stay is when they acquire a lot of traction, so don’t come too late if that’s one of your concerns however there is parking lots (pay) around 1-2 blocks away or you would need to park on the Main Street . Secure building there was a guard that ushered us at the door later on that night (could’ve been due to just because of the holiday but that’s very assuring there is no wondering people roaming in the hotel) Great customer service and cleanliness.

Excellent property, great restaurants around the corner. Only problem is - many of the street people pushed out of 3rd/Pike-Pine just moved up here. The overnight lobby security guard is good. Sensitive people might find this disturbing.

I thought the staff were amazingly friendly and nice. The place was very clean and neat. The rooms were small, but still had everything I needed. The only thing that was disappointing was that it is advertised as having a kitchen, but it really does not have a kitchen. It has the standard refrigerator and microwave and there is a sink and a counter which is nice and the staff will give you dishes if you want. There is no way to cook food.

I was traveling alone and arrived late. I was a little concerned because I wasn’t sure where to pull up and unload. I circled the building and came back and went inside. So glad I did. The staff was super friendly. I safely parked across the street. It was a great room.
