Not a fan. One, I think the room was originally designed as a suite, with a shared door with the room next to us - and we hear everything. Two, No one was at the front desk when we checkin, or checkout. No one answered the call either. We waited around 20min for someone to show up at 9PM.

the room itself gives a more motel feeling than a hotel. Breakfast options are really, really small. Felt very overpriced for what it had to offer. The staff is extremely sweet and very helpful and the places kept clean. For us, it was a very good location since it was only 20 minutes away from Sedona and we also got to see other towns around Cottonwood. If it was priced lower than it's a very good budget hotel (motel) to stay at

Not bad for a one night family trip. It is an older hotel, but they maintain it pretty good. For breakfast, it is too bad the pancakes is out of order. The coffee machine, juice machine and eggs sausages are too close. They might want to separate them to avoid traffic. We were not too happy about service fees being charged on the bill without notice. Giving the fact that we already put tips in the room.
