Peaceful casita
I had a lovely stay at this peaceful little casita. The use of materials and integration of the old with the new is fantastic! The casita is cozy and well stocked. Small rooms except for the main livingroom area which is quite spacious with huge windows highlighting the Natural beauty.

Perfect for our short getaway
This was a great location for our short getaway. We came during the off season so we spent a lot of time out of the house hiking. The house was very clean and property manager was quick to respond. The check out process was easier than any of our other experiences elsewhere. Would highly recommend and would come back!

Great Views
We enjoyed our time at the casita, especially waking up to beautiful views. The chapel of the Holy Cross is within walking distance and there is a short hike to a cave that is nearby as well so you can leave the car at the casita. The bed is a little firm for our liking, but after days filled with hiking we slept soundly.

Truly fabulous spot!
Honestly, this is such a great place! Beyond clean- absolutely spotless! The best description I can give is calming and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views just sitting on the sofa or back yard around the fire bowl. So close to everything but feels like your in the middle of no where!

A good stay!
The house was really cool! We loved all the natural light and it was a good location for us - close to Bell Rock etc. We relaxed by the fireplace one night and the outdoor fire pit another (the chairs are more comfortable then they look but not that comfortable). The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The kitchen had all we needed. We ate out or did takeout for all meals except breakfast. The electric kettle and keurig coffee maker and microwave were all we needed. No stove/oven was no problem (the double hot plate and toaster oven seemed like good substitutes). The king bed with the firm mattress was perfect for us! When one of us snores the pullout couch worked well! We would stay again if we came back!

Great spot!
We came to play golf and enjoy Sedona for a few days. We hesitated on this property because of existing reviews. However, we found it to be a great spot. Super cool, very clean, well managed. We loved it. It is a bit of a fish bowl but no one was in the other house and there are blinds. I didn’t think that was a big deal. It has lovely views and is well located between Oak Creek and uptown Sedona.

Don't waste your money
The Property Bugs everywhere, 5+ new bugs every day from cockraoches, beetles, spiders, ants, flies, mosquitos, etc. We found a large spider trying to stow away in our luggage while packing. You are essentially in someone's backyard and their driveway and back windows look right into your living room. We felt like we were being watched the entire time. Zero privacy. Not suitable for long stays as it does not have a stove or oven to cook food. The fireplaces in the rooms are non operational. It very much feels like they just have given up making the place nice and only want to provide the very bare minimum. There isnt a fan anywhere but the living room and since they charge you a fee for turning the AC below 72, it gets very stuffy and hot. Especially with all of the windows without blinds. The trash cans kept blowing over/locks came off so we had to spend our mornings picking up trash. Wifi went out midday, couldn't be fix until next day. Didnt tell us when it was done. Customer service The customer service is abysmal. They are not here to host you and be hospitable, they are here to make money and it shows in everything. They have so many rules and extra fees that you dont feel welcome at all. One rep even tried to charge us a fee over the phone for our dead dog (who obviously wasnt going to be at the property cause dead). We spent as little time as we could at the property.

Romantic Getaway
We celebrated our anniversary in Sedona and this was the perfect place. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of a trailhead. It's close to town and has all amenities. Any issues were quickly resolved by the property manager. I would stay there again.

Quiet neighborhood and short drives to everything. Very clean and pleasing decor. Wished for a much larger tv since this was where we would relax after a full day of exploring. The dining room chairs are a bit wobbly - maybe need replacing soon? Overall very good!

Great location. Bed not so good
Clean great location away from town enough to be away from traffic but yet close to town as well. TV was terrible no cable fire fly only internet would not let me use Netflix. Bed was hard as a rock after reading many reviews after being there were not tbe only ones. Called management about TV internet no one contacted me to help correct it.

Perfect Location
This is a great property. We enjoyed the easy access to the property. Only one LARGE complaint. The front part of house has no blinds. At night you are totally exposed to someone outside in the darkness looking at you and you would never know. It's not a good feeling. Some of the furniture could use upgrading but that is not a big deal but, no blinds makes you feel not secure. The whole front room are windows. I saw others with this same complaint. GET BLINDS.

Pretty to look at
The property itself it beautiful. Great location, quiet, but really close to town, open and airy. The kitchen and bathroom are wonderful, great job on those spaces. Love the layout and natural light during the day. At night, the lights are quite dim and it made evening reading and board games very difficult. I wanted it to be so amazing, but I have to be honest and the furniture is just plain awful. It’s wonderful to have a king bed, but it is hard as a rock, impossible to sleep on and in the morning our bodies were so sore. The pillows are fluffy, but offer zero support when actually in use. The dining table is nice yet the chairs hurt to sit in for more than 20 mins or so. The living room furniture is just ok. The fire pit is beautiful, the chairs look really artistic and neat but are super uncomfortable and made it hard to enjoy. At the end of the day, the furniture was so uncomfortable and the bed was painful. I would not return to this property unless the furnishings were changed. The beauty of the space isn’t worthwhile if it’s not comfortable to be there.

Beautifully perfect
I was very impressed with the cleanliness, location,and overall well-appointed decor of this beautiful rental. The location was perfect for us and the view was amazing. We were able to see the shooting stars and Milky Way in the early morning hours - such a treat. The owners obviously put their heart into appointing this rental. It's beautiful! Thank you for sharing it with us.
