The hotel was fine and within walking distance to the smaller market. Either the fault of Expedia or the hotel, breakfast was not included nor was the rooftop garden with the hot tubs. I chose this hotel for the photos of the rooftop hot tubs but they were an additional $22 per use. Disappointing.

Liked the hotel due to it was walkable to market & several sights but air conditioning didn’t work the best as it took a long time to cool the room and hallways were hot. condition of facilities was just fair as there were some carpet stains and some wall paper peeling in room

This is a solid hotel with a nice restaurant that serves a decent buffet breakfast. The beds are extra firm, and housekeeping is attentive and provides bottled water every day. This hotel is within a 8 minute walk to the Jeongbang waterfall and also the Maeil Olle market, both of which are must sees. There is an excellent sushi place 3 minutes away on foot. I would absolutely stay there again.

We had a triple room. It was comfortable, but tight with not a ton of space for our bags. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location to restaurants and market. Great spot to stay and be able to venture out.

Great place to saty while exploring Jeju. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. The parking garage is VERY tight and hard to get in and out of. Also, the hot tubs have to be reserved apparently, although there aren't any signs and we didnt see any information about it anywhere.

hotel itself was very nice for the price and clean, room was great! However, it should mention in the listing that the jacuzzi is not included for free but that you have to pay 25000 won to use it for two hours. That was very disappointing.

Greta Hotel in Seogwipo City Center

Great hotel right in the middle of the city! Rooms were clean and functional, balcony had a great view of the ocean. Market on the main floor very useful for picking up snacks or coffee, or even souvenirs. Note that the jacuzzis advertised do have a fee to use. Would recommend this hotel!

The room was acceptable. Beds were quite noisy. I was very disappointed with the surcharge to use the rooftop Jacuzzi. When it’s one of the main photos promoting your hotel I think it should be something included in the room price $20 for a soak is a bit much. I’ve never been to a hotel where they charge to use the pool or the hot tub The breakfast buffet was was good and the location is excellent.

Great!

The room and washroom were both pretty spacious and clean. The location is great for Seogwipo as it’s close to the main bus terminal. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Very outdated hotel. No AC in the room in April

This hotel and room are very out dated. Not air conditioning (and it is nothing said during reservation). Front desk provided a fan after we complained regarding not having air conditioning. No iron in the room, and provided after requested. I do not recommend this hotel.

I booked this property because of the laundry in room. The aesthetic is sterile and the bathroom is a glass enclosure in the room. I feel like no other review I read advised that the Seacloud and the Kolon Seacloud are actually the same building along with another hotel so the elevator situation is the same for all 3 of these properties and should guests should be made aware of that because the Kolon is on the 4th floor and the Seacloud is on the 6th. You must take the elevator up to the lobby. The most amazing thing about our stay was the view from the room which looked right over the main area of the beach and gave a great skyline view
